The Taskbar Is Evil

Recently the taskbar started disappearing when I close a window but then a few seconds later it reappears only to somewhere down the line disappear again just to reappear. Is there any way to fix this ?

I tried reformatting & it is still happening Has no one ever come across this before ?

It is not on auto hide & for the first time this morning which made me choose to reformat the entire Desktop disappeared & then reappeared a minute later & my taskbar & desktop problems DID NOT start happening UNTIL I make my own Wireless Network forWireless Laptops to be able to connect to using WEP Shared

Things seem to be okay now after installing a hotfix. Now it is time to solve my new Firefox problem
