it was awesome.. one of the funniest shows fox has ever killed..

Actually it wasn't that good, aside from Patrick Warbuttons characterization of the Tick. It was like Seinfeld in rubber suits, I hated Seinfeld. The whole show aws pretty one note. And the reason it wasn't good? MONEY! It didn't have the budget to show super heroes. Who ever though that a hald hour sitcom could be about super heroes and not seem lame was drunk or a moron.

Should have stayed a cartoon thats where the money was.

I really miss this show. If anyone can tell me if the DVD is worth buying, tell me, cause I'm thinking about getting it after Christmas. :D

It was up against Friends and Survivor on Thursdays back when those shows were huge and premiered in November sweeps when all the other shows have started their seasons and have the big episodes to lure people in.

I wish it had lasted just a little bit longer though....

It got cancelled because it was put at a time that made it go against Friends, the most watched television show of the time.

No new show that battled friends stayed on the air.

The Tick was a great show but I don't see how Friends is considered a great show. It sucks.

I actually never saw that show but perfect casting. I loved the cartoon. I'll have to see about Netflixing it.

I was actually just wathinc my DVD today.

YES it is worth getting.

I'm Still holding out hope for a movie with relatively the same cast, but bigger effects and fights and stuff.

But I love the way the fights were handeledon the show, having it be more about the lives and not the fights, I'm just saying for a movie I would want fights.

"You Don't throw other people's Blood"

"I do, I'm the Terror"

Well in a movie you've gotta have the fights. The fights are half the fun, but it helps when you can see who's hitting who and where.
