Transformers the Transforming effect...like the one in the teaser?

Do you guys think that, the way the Transformers will transform in the movie be like the words transformed in the teaser trailer, in both sound and speed?

I honestly think that it will partly be like that with lots of panels sliding over each other and compressing...but coupled with the basic shift and move parts of the "norm" transformation. Sorta of a compromise of the two.

As for speed I'm betting the first couple times will be slower, particularly with Prime's first transformation (which will probably be close to his TFTM slower transformation). Then after that, it will be fast. I would also imagine Starscream's transformations always being super-fast and energetic.

Hard to say. I doubt they've even perfected it yet.

thinking they would've used the classic sound in the preview but opted not to.
not excited. hopeful, but not excited.
will drag myself to the theatre but expecting the worst of it.

They're probably going with the new teaser sound, a mix at most. The original is classic and freaking awesome, but it isn't exactly... realistic. I don't think it'd work very well in a movie.
