So I've been trying to decide which to try and it's looking more and more like Samsung Pay.

Only one I use is PayPal to pay my artist.
The only issue I have is PayPal wants my SSN to use for their PayPal Cash Account which will link my PayPal with Samsung Pay, but I didn't like the sound of that. Samsung Pay wants you to verify any credit or debit cards before letting you use them, but I don't have an account for my credit card. I just never liked to use an account for it.

So I get as far as being allowed to enter my card, but then the page renders everything to the left so I can't see anything.

i have used Paypal over 15 years. I've never had any issues. In fact, one time i was identity thefted and someone used a card linked to my Paypal and they notified me before my card company even noticed.
Whenever I shop online and Paypal is an option, i always pay that way. I prefer the portal of paying them over the company getting my credit card info, especially with all the data leaks and hacks these days.

I have Apple Pay, i've used it less than 10 times though.

i will never use CashApp or Facebook Pay.

Ugh CashApp. Everyone is getting in on that. I've been told it's the PayPal for zoomers.

I want to use Samsung Pay, but my credit card isn't supported and I can link PayPal to it and link my card to it. Unfortunately, the page renders everything to the left so I can't add the card.

Which are the advantages of these? What happens with just credit cards and cash?

if you send the money to the wrong place with cashapp, you are screwed. i know way too many people who made typos while sending money and the people who received it never sent it back

Cash app is starting to become as annoying as Venmo to me. :o

i finally caved and have used apple pay a couple of times. it's not that bad. but i've used it mostly to send money to someone i borrowed from because i left my wallet at work when we went to lunch

I want to use Samsung Pay but my bank doesn't support it.

So there's a workaround for my debit card but it involves adding it to PayPal... What do you guys think?

So from my understanding how it works is: I go through Samsung Pay and add the debit card to PayPal. When I use Samsung Pay, PayPal charges my debit card the amount I'm trying to pay. Then Samsung encrypts the payment with an artificial card number. I then enter a PIN for my PayPal like a debit PIN and it's complete.

i do that when i online shop and use my paypal. it's pretty much the same.

So how it works is PayPal takes out about $10 to top the balance.

So I learned the debit card is only needed to top up the PayPal balance to pay when you use Samsung Pay, so I could just add money to my PayPal to do that.
