The GLA comics are in continuity. I dislike when people say that those are out of continuity. It's not like they're Marvel Adventures or Spider-Man Loves Mary-Jane. they are in continuity, in the 616. You just don't like them because Dan Slott Owns all other writers.

Most noted how they're mentioned in other comics. Like the GLA formed in their own comic, then guest-starred in not only the Thing, but Cable/Deadpool, the Initative comics, and even Civil War.

In #8 it showed him struggling with Bi-Beast. besides, the Thing isn't in the same strength-class as the Hulk is, even Calm-Savage-Hulk.

Don't forget "QUESTION MAN" of Marvel...

He appeared on several ad splash pages (most notably Spidey and Ghost Rider) and would pose puzzles to improve the brain.

He wore a full body checkered suit (in giant squares) of red, yellow, blue and green. It was basically a one piece leotard. His weapon was a giant six foot pencil he carried like a spear. No one knows who he is or what he looks like. Question Man wears a full stretch hood (also checkered). On his chest is a giant black Question mark, bigger than anything the riddler ever dreamed of.
