The Witcher 3

The truth is, everything pretty much heads to the same road at the end of the Witcher 2. The only two real difference is probably going to have a "definitive" ending.

Right the major choices do, but theres still a lot of smaller things that id like to see carry over.

I know what you mean, but I honestly don't expect it. They give you choices and allow you to play it your way, but in the end I think they have a "definitive" story, and that is how they will leave and start the next game imo. It was the same between Witcher 1 and 2.

Oh yea, thats very possible. If anything thats how it will be on the consoles. PC will more than likely get more options.

Bunch of new screenshots just in:

The wait for this has been horrible...

No kidding. As soon as i saw the epilogue at the end of two i started shaking with excitement and that really hasn't stopped. Really hope we don't have too much longer to wait.

Yep, same for me. And I have beat The Witcher 2 three times. :funny:

Haha yea iv gone through it at least 3 times myself. I plan on going through it one last time once the release date for this title has been released.

Its funny, in my 3 or so playthroughs i typically make different decisions but i make DAMN sure I meet all requirements for meeting Triss at the Rose of Remembrance garden haha.

:lmao:

Don't we all, don't we all. :O

Was there ever really a solid 2014 release date? Either way, CDPR will probably put the extra time to good use.

Gives me more time to go back and actually finish Witcher 2. I swear, that game was incredible but I stopped for some reason and it's been months since I last played. I don't know what's wrong with me.

I still need to go back and play it on Dark Mode, that was something that always sounded interesting to me.

When was this expected btw? Oh well, as long as it's mindblowing when it does arrive.

I figured it would come out late Summer/early Fall.

well, on the upside, it gives us a big game to look forward to in 2015.

I think 2015 will be the year when games start wowing us.

I had been saying the Witcher III was really gonna be that first "holy s**t the Next Gen is here" game and i still believe that, so yea you're prob right. 2015 will be the "arrival" hah.

The delay for this isn't too hard to swallow considering it was a late 2014 release any way, it just sucks cuz even that was a long ways off and now we gotta wait that much longer.

Yeah and I think other games will make the actual next gen move starting that year. Everything is still baby steps and many games are crossgen. TitanFall looks like it could be a huge hit but it doesn't strike me as having next gen wow factor and Destiny looks great but I think cross gen games will always be held back rather than going all out.
