Big Show main event Raw?

They really are trying to push Stroeman as a real threat. Guess who's getting involved in the main event at Fast Lane! :awesome:

I think the crowd would pop ten times more for Kane if he came out in his Attitude Era outfit.

OTRSCentral posted a video on his youtube channel entitled "Who Should Daniel Bryan Fans Support Now?" that really hit home with me. I encourage everyone here to watch it, however, don't post it here because it has strong language.

Yeahhhhh, I official on the "I love Sasha Banks" train. Better late than never.

Welcome to my world. Get to the back of the line. :yay:

Yeah, he looked like he was just joking, but it would have been a great opportunity for a heel turn, considering he lost his belt and now he's doing what Heyman said, and putting himself first.

Although ... I wouldn't mind a moment similar to tonight, where Reigns wins the belt at Mania, Dean comes out to celebrate, and then hits a Dirty Deeds on him. But that would go against the Happily Ever After ending that Mania tends to have.

Sucks that it's Ambrose they want to force the heel turn on. Not a fan of Reigns as a face.

Will definitely watch....Speaking of Bryan, him and Brie are gonna be on Good Morning America today

I'm a Roman Reigns fan but I also would prefer him to be a top heel for a while than trying to be the top guy of the company.

I'm calling it: if Brock Lesnar wins the match this weekend, it means the WWE realizes that Roman is not the money-drawing face they need him to be, yet, and they will turn him heel very shortly and put him in a WM program against Ambrose (as opposed to the other way around).

It really is their fault that Roman isn't there yet. They saw that fans were into him and tried entirely too hard to push him into the main event when even his biggest fans knew he wasn't ready yet. If they had given him a nice little run in the mid card and didn't insist on making him into a grinning idiot Roman could probably be a super over face right now.

After last night, I think it would be best if Dean wins the Title at Mania, and Roman turns heel during the celebration. You get an instant feud, and give the fans what they want from Reigns and Ambrose.

I'm seeing this from a business perspective: WWE is nervous right now because the roster is depleted from injuries, and WM is one of their major earnings seasons. All the usual fallback guys are out for some reason or another. Triple H is holding the title for a purpose, and not because he really wants to. They need a main event that can draw, and it's pretty evident that Reigns vs. Triple H may not be that draw. Maybe it's Dean vs. Triple H, but that's a big roll of the dice. Triple H vs. Lesnar is the most sure thing in terms of a big-fight money draw, and I think the WWE really needs to go that route from a corporate view.

Agreed. They should have gone the route of making him a "monster" face.

Less talk, more action. No swarmy sarcasm, just @$$ kicking.

But agree with the above posts: Ambrose should be main eventing Wrestlemania. They've already started a nice "Man vs the Machine" feud with Steph constantly needling Ambrose.

What they could do to have their cake and eat it too is have Triple H vs. Reigns for the title, Ambrose win the money in the bank at WM and have him cash it immediately later that night during the Main event and WIN. THEN you have Reign, pissed off from constantly getting "his shot" taken from him, go heel on Ambrose after the title win.

The way I see it, whoever wins this Sunday is who will take the title at Mania. There's no way they have Triple H defeat any of them at the biggest event of the year. And that's what hurts them more than anything. Unless they do some trickery and have Reigns and Ambrose double pin Lesnar, I don't see them ending up in any kind of favorable position for the next month and a half, as far as the main belt is concerned.

Lesnar's supposed to be on Smackdown so maybe it will be the go home show for once.
I'm all for this, and it seems evidence that they're trying to push Smackdown forward, especially since they're on USA now. They need a boost in those ratings badly.

What's worse is this is the go home show before Fast Lane, which is already shaping up to be a boring PPV.

I'll watch it. The card looks decent.

Wade Barrett has told the WWE that he will not be resigning a new deal when his current one expires in a few months.

They booked some decent matches last night, but overall, it all feel inconsequential to Wrestlemania, with the exception of the main event. It really feels like they're just trying to kill time until Mania.

I don't have a subscription to the Network at the moment, since I used a free trial to watch the last couple of PPVs, but I'm not planning on subscribing just yet. I'll wait until Wrestlemania to do that.

That's a shame but not surprising.

In brighter news:
