The problem with New Day is they've reached their peak as champions. Yes, they're entertaining as hell, but there's really nowhere to go but down from here. The rest of the Tag Division is really lacking, so it seems like they're just killing time until Enzo and Cass get called up, most likely in time for Wrestlemania.
