I'm over the whole Roman debate. It's happening whether we like it or not. Really there's only a few matches on the card that interest me:

1) AJ vs Owens
2) The Divas title match either Charlotte vs Sasha or Becky if she's in the mix
3) Lesnar vs Ambrose
4) Maybe Kalisto vs whomever his opponent ends up being....hopefully someone like Neville because that would be an exciting match with a ton of great spots.

TBH, I may just skip it and watch it the next day.

I feel bad for all the current/future talents that will end up being squandered in service of Roman's face run of terror for the next decade.

I agree with the Superkick. It doesn't help everybody does the freaking Spear these days either.
I noticed that last night too. I like the Superkick for Ziggler, but having Owens, Harper and a few others that I can't think of off the top of my head doesn't help it.

Wasn't a fan of Ziggler using the Sweet Chin Music though.
Eh? Hogan had his legendary heel turn long after his prime.

Given that John Cena is the modern day Hogan. That comparison is the one that matters the most.

Once Cena has done everything he can humanly do as a face, a heel turn would be a great way to extend the lifeblood of his career.
The only big difference I see is ... Does Cena really plan to be wrestling in 5 years? For Hogan, it was very apparent that he was doing it for the pay, and because his acting career didn't really take off as planned.

I don't see Cena as being as much of an egomaniac. I think he's almost the opposite, willing to do what it take for the company, except in this case, the company wants him to look good. For example, if they told him to job to Reigns at Mania for the title, he would do so and make Reigns look like Doomsday to his Superman. Hogan, while trying to do so for Warrior, completely bailed when they wanted him to do the job to Bret.

I just hope Ambrose gets some offense in and some how get a clean win but based on last night, a singles match between them seems like it'd be Brock vs Cena and Brock vs Punk again.

He says he will never leave wrestling. But who knows? He might bugger off to Hollywood.

I would love for the Rock to call him out on the hypocrisy of chewing the Rock out over going to Hollywood and then doing the same thing.

I don't know if you guys are familiar with Hot Pepper Gaming, but Austin Creed a.k.a Xavier Woods did a video for them and he took it to the next level by reviewing three games and eating a pepper for each. Really funny stuff.

Love this quote.

While he's at it he should call out CM Punk too.

Punk complained incessantly about guys that having put in work or show up every day just coming in and taking up space on the Wrestlemania card. Yet Punk had no problem taking a huge UFC deal despite never having a single pro fight and a limited background in BJJ. He also quickly started getting work in comics despite have no background as professional writer.

You can't compare the two. Punk isn't being given a championship match at the top of a UFC card. Comics is mostly freelance work anyway.

Getting a fight with a huge payday at a UFC PPV with virtually NO background in MMA is a huge deal. Usually guys have to have at least a few fights under their belt before they get to the UFC.

Lesnar had a background as NCAA championshp wrestler and had at least one pro fight before joining UFC. Kimbo Slice had a background in boxing and had other professional fights before joining UFC. Punk has NEVER had a professional fight and his fighting background amounts to "trained a bit in BJJ".

Same goes for his work in comics. Punk had virtually no background in writing and suddenly got a work at the two biggest publishers in the game. Some of the most talented writers in all of comics can't get their foot in the door at marvel.

He never put in the work to earn either of those opportunities, he got in mostly on his name.

Punk complain constantly about Rock "taking someone spots" even though Rock is a bonafide legend in the business and had already main evented 3 straight wrestlemanias.

Rock was obviously FAR more accomplished in wrestling and deserving of that spot than Punk has been in UFC or comic book writing.

That would have been horrible for Ambrose because he wouldn't have gone over either of those guys and he's not remotely as "Bulletproof" as Bray seems to be.

Bray never really loses momentum not matter how many loses he racks up. All it takes is one good promo and some special effects and he's right back to looking like a credible threat.

Ambrose has had periods where he's clearly lost momentum because of poor booking, stupid promos, and questionable loses.

I was more talking about Wyatt getting a big spot at WrestleMania ever since he's been on the roster. Ambrose has worked multi-man midcard matches every year.

So the WWE Hall of Fame will also include a Ho train.

And I don't mind it one bit. I want to see him interact with the New Day or appear in a backstage segment with the Rock, Ron Simmons and Mark Henry.

Call Punk out on being a total prick while we're at it. I hope some day he does fight (he wont) just so he gets his jaw broken. I like to see him wrestle but I've never seen a bigger double in my life.

It's an amazing quote actually. He was right on the money about Ronda Rousey.

I am a Punk fan and you are absolutely right. 100% right.

I think the Divas match will be Triple Threat. Charlotte will likely lose and we know this, but to who?

The fans seem to support Sasha, while I think management supports Becky. I could take either at this point since I like them both. I could be totally wrong about management supporting Becky. The reason I say this is because I don't trust the WWE to give any black wrestlers any singles titles in WWE at this point. I don't think the WWE will give a massive push to any black wrestlers until they feel like Apollo Crews is ready to be moved up and in that case, he'll get the Lashley treatment when he gets up to the main roster.

So it'll be Becky Lynch as the next Divas Champion.

But if the WWE goes by the NXT model, it'll be Sasha's turn to shine as Divas Champion. Both Paige and Charlotte were NXT Women's Champions before they were WWE Divas Champions.

The big Surprise is that Hulk Hogan is gonna come back, team up with Zeb Colterand Bill Watts to feud with New Day.

And their manager: Rush Limbaugh and they end every match with the Nazi salute.

Seth Rollins might make it back by Summerslam right? Maybe there's a chance of Roman turning by then and have a match against a returning face Rollins and drop the title to him .

I am happy that Brock is facing Ambrose at Mania instead of Bray. Ambrose as the crazy mother****er who doesn't back down from the monster heel Brock is a way more interesting match to me because of the storyline being told. What story does Bray vs. Brock have that's interesting? That sounded like a blah match on paper so I am glad WWE is shifting direction there.

I will say a prayer for Roman Reigns and anything uninteresting in general. Those crowds are going to hijack the f*** out of those shows.

On the flipside, Owens, Ziggler, Styles, Lesnar, and Ambrose are going to be insanely over.

You're right. Ambrose/Lesnar does sound fantastic...if both of them weren't the #1 and #2 faces in the company right now.
