Wow, this is horrible to hear about Rollins. That Shield triple threat at Mania just went up in smoke.

I figured Reigns was going to win anyway but this is quite an interesting scenario. No Lesnar, no Cena, no Orton. All of the potential candidates, Ambrose, Wyatt, Owens, Cesaro....creative has done little to help these guys and now they're backs are against the wall to make something work and fast. Considering it's more fun to watch a face chase the belt held by a heel, I would consider putting it on the best heel they have right now - Kevin Owens.

That really sucks, say what you want about Creative but Rollins was doing really good work. Such a shame that his reign ends like this, and he will be missing Mania.

I want to see no one on the roster win the title. Never felt that way before. If they built Ceasero up more, he'd be my first choice. This is horrible news for WWE especially since their ratings have been garbage. Get DB back in here and stash the title on him.

****, this is not how I wanted Rollins' title reign to end. :(

This absolutely sucks to hear about Rollins. I'm sure Reigns will walk out champion. Which i wanted anyway, but not like this.

I wonder who Roman will face in the final? Wyatt is my guess.

I hope when Rollins returns he has a belt and claims to be the longest reigning champion since no one ever actually beat him for it.

Also is Bryan healthy? He could emerge as champ.

I don't think I've ever been pissed about something in wrestling this much in a long time.

This sucks..I want the title on Reigns but not this way. Do what they do when titles have to be vacated and have Owens walk out of the tournament as champ. Unless Bryan can reclaim it.. Provided he's healthy.

Wyatt will be facing Undertaker in some way, shape, or form, right?

This could be an opportunity for Dolph. Or Bray who could rule with his new power. As much as I hate what's happened, the top of the card is going to be interesting.

Reigns is the obvious choice. He has been booked better than most of the guys people have named.

Bryan thinks he healthy from what he's said, whether they do is another thing.

Bryan being a surprise entrant and ultimately winning would be so insane. But we're at the beginning of Reigns Push 2.0 so there's no way they're going to derail him again by involving Bryan. And in fairness, Reigns deserves it so much more this year.

Ideal world Bryan returns, and it's him and Reigns in the final. Reigns turns and is the new face of the authority. You have your new top heel and face right there.

What are the odds of Reigns winning, Sheamus cashing in, and then that be the feud going into the next PPV?

Would they push Reigns aside for a bit to try to repeat this year's Royal Rumble?

Reigns wins and Sheamus cashes in and tries to win it but fails, however he becomes the #1 contender and feuds with Roman for a month over the title, with Barret helping him out at times.

I haven't seen any of his run bar the triple threat at the Rumble but that really sucks for Rollins. :(

It would have interesting symmetry with Rock's first WWE title win, Survivor Series '98 was a title tournament and he went heel in the final against Mankind and became the Corporate Champion. Obviously there are a number of differences between Bryan and Foley but at their core both are underdog everymen that were never meant to make it to the top as their look didn't fit.

Yeah, that's what I'd be going for. It's almost be too perfect, as like The Rock back then he has his reasons for turning. Reigns has genuinely worked his ass off this year yet he's still getting dumped on in certain locales, and then you'd have Bryan sauntering into the tournament as the firm fan favourite.

Reigns snaps, decides that if he's going to get what he's due he has to make a deal with the devil.

This Rollins injury is terrible news.I hope he comes back as strong as ever, and I pray we don't end up with a Sheamus title reign.

People are going to still freak out if Reigns goes over someone like Bryan or Cesaro. I'm not crazy at all about another Reigns/Wyatt match. I think for the most memorable, dramatic and storytelling purposes you go with Ambrose and Reigns in the finals.

Sad to hear about Rollins. All of those crazy flips while landing on his knees caught up to him unfortunately. I hate seeing it end like this. Get well soon champ.

Ugh...just getting back to my desk after a series of meetings...I feel terrible for Rollins!

Reigns should win the title now since he has been booked better than most of the other young guys. Either him or KO at this point, they have been booked the best over the previous months. Rather see KO with it so he can be the first WHC/IC Champion and have a good run with both titles.

To whoever said just do the same thing that they did with Rock back at SS in 98, just with Regins, is totally right. The people who already hate him would now have a legit reason and the people who love him will turn on him the season he links up with the Authority. This is bad for Rollins but WWE has a big opportunity to do something with Reigns now.

Seth noooooooooo! All of WWE's established main event guys are gone.

There are reports that the WWE is reaching out to some big names:

So I think these guys:

Unfortunately one of them is retired and the other three are part timers.
