theory on Capt Stacy

i dont think this will happen but what if the scenes that he is in are from flashbacks. In the comics Capt. Stacy was killed during a battle between spiderman and doc ock by a large chunk of debris (in sm 2 the bank fight). So maybe they might use that which would explain a funeral scene..i dont know just a thought...this can be moved or closed if it needs to be

the guy is saying it is cap'n stacy's funeral and we see how he died in a flashback of the fight between spidey and ock
but i don't really think it's a good movie idea, personally

It would have been great if they had him and Gwen introduced in the first movie so he could die in the second one.

However I do like the idea of how these characters although not appearing in the movie do have some affect on previous stories (very Lost like), this looks like what they will be doing with Uncle Ben and Sandman.

I wouldn't mind having these characters actions be based around events from the previous 2 movies, like Eddie Brock was at Doc Ocks presentation as a photographer and could of been his big break into a big newspaper but because of spider-mans interruption maybe he broke the camera with all the money shots.
