Ha! I think once you watch the show you can pick out a few characters that will definitely NOT end up working together with anybody. Also, I think it's save to say that they will not all meet up. It's a shame that we can't think outside of the box and concieve of a superpower show that isn't a superHERO show. Of course, the title "heroes" throws some off, I suppose. The 'no talent slob' becomes upstanding hero bit has been done, but this show isn't that.
The Dreamer, The Artsit and The Girlfriend are already in association, and that means the Flier is connected to them, albeit unwillingly. Peter is the only initially heroic character. And they are going after the cheerleader. It's possible Suresh will find them soon as well, that will make for quite an interesting event. I don't think that Claire is going to be excited about saving the world at that point... perhaps even Suresh won't be, since his issue is the evolutionary science of it all, and not the meaning or reason for the gifts. He doesn't know it's not random yet. I think Hiro may visit them, but he will likely not stick around... especially since he doesn't speak english, and he'll sure as heck have his own ideas on how to prevent a nuclear holocaulst.
I think the Inmate, the Stripper and the Son may have themselves a little get together as well. I don't think they'll enjoy it, but honestly, seeing those three onscreen together would be awesome, as long as it's not contrived.
I think everyone else is on their own. I don't expect to see the Family working together with the Dreamer's Crew. I hope to see Hiro as a powerful being that goes where he wishes, accomplishing his own goals from a higher perspective. It'd be funny if he simply 'wills' himself to be able to speak english. That'd be hot. Kinda like a Martian Manhunter/Phantom Stranger character.
