Surtur should be saved for Thor III, besides he's too tough to fight alone but I'm sure Executioner can give Thor a good fight.

Yeah, have him work from behind the scenes and maybe manipulate each of the villains for Iron Man 3, Thor 2, and Captain America 2 setting him up for the Avengers sequel.

I'm hoping for Amora/Executioner. It always been a hope of mine they could get Charlize Theron to play Amora. It looks like she had an absolute blast playing the Queen in Snow White and the Huntsman.

In my opinion it really doesn't matter because Asgardian's age to slow for you to notice.

Take for example Loki and Hela, since he's her father Loki's obviously older but you couldn't tell by looking at them.

That is why Cate Blanchett is Hela. Age don't matter that significantly with Asgardians

Loki is gonna have a bit more to do then just be in the background. After trying to rule earth and failing, Odin will deal with him and Others from the galaxy will be after him.

To me Loki was the main reason why Thor was so good. I hope hes a major player. Maybe not the only source of trouble but definitely more then a background player. Hes the Best villain the Marvel film universe has right now, and one of the most popular in terms of audience awareness thanks to Avnegers.

Loki's definitely gonna be involved in some capacity. As mentioned in the Avengers, he's seen more of the other realms so it will be interesting how Loki will be involved.

I've never seen Hela as a villain, she's more of a neutral force so I can still see her being in the same film as Amora & Skurge.
