Thor's already back!

Just makes sense since Doom escaped hell with Mjolnr.
Right... so Don Blake has to be Thor? I don't know, the guy with the "DB" bag could still be anybody at this point, as far as I'm concerned.

But, in reality, I'm probably just giving JMS way, way too much credit, believing he might actually know all this. :o

Yeah I couldve told you that after the first sentence in your post.

Who else as the inishals DB?

Isn't he busy trying to hold his breath for three years now or something?

I don't know, but I'm sure there are other people who do. Or it could be the real Donald Blake, pulled inexorably to Oklahoma because of his brief time as the receptacle for Thor's spirit.

DB Cooper? the bag could hold the money. He had to sneak off somewhere far away. The Marvel universe would be far enough away.

It's actually Bo Duke from Hazard county. They just got the initials on his bag backwards when they made it is all. :o

I hated how he ran away so nobody could make fun of him

I thought that was lame too. Especially after his "There is Doom enough for all!" exclamation. Anyway, Thor's comin' back and that is pure awesomeness.

I agree I'm glad that Doom didn't pick it up, because he would not be worthy. But my complaint would be that marvel put out 2 covers teaseing us that he would. Then he can't and he just runs away? That kind of angered me.

Yeah, that was kinda messed up.

Ah, well, I definitely agree with that.

It was kinda worth it for me, though, just to have Doom humiliated like that:p. There were so many people on these boards going "Doom is totally worthy enough to pick up Mjolnir! He's such a cool guy! Doom for president!" that I was just, ugh, could that possibly be further from the truth?? I'm glad it's now settled, once and for all, that he can't pick up that damn hammer. If he ever could, it was going to be through cheating anyway.

i realize that a lot of people who post on these threads dont read comics

Yeah, I could've done with Doom making better retreat or at least throwing down some super high-tech force field that would prevent the FF from having it. At the very least, an "If I can't have it, no one will!" bit would've been better than just, "Can't... lift... it! Damn! Well... screw you and your damn hammer, I don't need it anyway!" That was very Stewieish and emasculating for the awe-inspiring badass that is Doom.

Don Blake is back?
Possibly.

it's just a Dooney and Bourke bag.

Stormbreaker was an awesome mini. Beta Ray Bill would take out the New Avengers single handedly. The only one who could give him trouble is Sentry and I think he woudl still own him in the long run. His cosmic battles in the Stormbreaker mini are proof of his incredible capabilities.
