OK.
The new HobGoblin 2211 (is that the right year?)
Well, there is a new HobGoblin running around.
What happened to the last HobGoblin?
Oh yea, Kingsley killed him.
Kingsley might be coming back soon, to take care of this impostor.

it's not really an imposter, it's the real hobgoblin, just from the future...but yeah, I wouldnt be surprised if Kingsley did kill whoever it is, but I somehow doubt thats really gonna happen...when was the last time they even mentioned Kingsley? at least 5 years ago

Hobby is the villain in Spider-Girl right now, but he hasnt been seen or even mentioned in a Spidey comic since 1998.

Can't believe it's been that long. I feel old.

It'd be cool to see Kingsley come back in the regular Marvel universe but I think that the only Kingsley fix Spider-Man fans are going to get is in the pages of Spider-Girl. And it's better than nothing...

yknow why he hasnt been seen? hobgoblin was created because the creator (i forget who) didnt want to bring another green goblin in and so the mystery of a new goblin's identity started. itsa shame that apparently this one's ID is clearly stated in the new ish of "friendly neighbourhood..."

Anyway, back to my point -- green goblin's back. who needs hobgoblin?? (not my view, just the probable explanation - i mean this new hobgoblin is even green :S)
