I did a search for this and nothing came up.

Anyway, has anyone seen it? I know literally nothing about, but I've heard some positive buzz and I just wondered if anyone here has an opinion.

Soapy, I love the show. Good little concept.

I was actually just at WonderCon and they were selling a lot of the import toys which are awesome.

I takes place in the future where basically super heroes have become corporate sponsors and their exploits are shown on TV for ratings and advertisements. In the show, a veteran hero, Wild Tiger (Kaburagi) is partnered up with Barnaby Brooks who is nicknamed Bunny. So there is sort of a buddy cop element to the show along with sci-fi mecha anime.

Its a pretty decent premise. Thing is it stands out from the bulk of moeblob, shonen, slice of life anime that seems to be dominating Japan these days.

I fell into that rabbit hole pretty deep. Have a Figuarts Bunny on the way.

I love Figuarts and they are my favorite toys right now. I only wait until conventions to buy them though since that way I can haggle and don't have to pay exorbitant fees for shipping.

At WonderCon I bought a Figuarts Kamen Rider Ryuki (BADASS) and Super Saiyan Vegeta. Ryuki was like a bargain at like $45 because it comes with Ryuki, tons of accessories, base stand and Dragredder. And Dragredder is HUGE!

They had the Tiger and Bunny Figuarts as well and they looked awesome, but just cost a little too much for me .

Oh ho ho, don't even get me started on their Kamen Rider stuff. I'm on a quest to complete a collection of all 13 (+2) Ryuki Riders in Figuarts form.

Back back to Tiger&Bunny, the series was way too short and there wasn't much closure on the character of Lunatic. I felt Lunatic was a pretty cool character.

It looks like it will happen sandwraith since so far they've made Ouja, Ryuki, and Wing Knight. Onyx is an easy repaint/variant. I imagine the rest can't be far behind.

Yeah, I got my Kamen Rider Gai and Zolda pre-ordered.

Actually on topic, the pre-order for Figuarts Lunatic just opened but I just can't justify the pricing for it. It looks pretty damn spiffy with all the flame parts but...

Dunno. Not really looking to expand another collection when I have a Sideshow Collectibles Boba Fett and a Soul of Chogokin Grendizer on pre-order.

Now all we need is a new Toonami block to get this on TV.
