Cool! They added color to the weapons this time. If the actual figures end up looking like this, I'll pick them up.

Shredder looks terrible. Those extra added on hardware makes me think he really could make Coleslaw.

Foot Soldier looks like ****.

April looks fine.

Splinter is so-so to me.

The Turtles are still meh to me with all the **** on their shells and front but I will give these toys some credit... they sure are colorful.

Now I see why that first description we got of the Shredder - the one based on unpainted action figures - was saying Shredder would certainly be the subject of a ton of ridicule. That figure looks ridiculously ugly. I'm not exactly a fan of Shredder's new look, but this figure doesn't even do the redesign justice. It's just flat-out awful.

Edit: Oh and there definitely looks to be some exoskeletal strength-enhancing suit stuff going on around his elbows.

Based on the production photos I really like Shredders design, I also dig what they're going for with Splinter. I agree though that these figures are butt ugly.

yes i know its realistic, but they are going for the eyes on the side of the head for splinter that just looks fkn weird why on him and not on the turtles

Did anyone notice how random the bandaging is on the Turtles? Whether from their footwear (Leo's and Donny's especially where the threading doesn't fully go around the leg), the bandage around the arms and legs, and take for instance Raph who on one kneecap he has a red kneepad but the other he doesn't but gauze.

Yeah that's one thing I don't like....and I'm sure it's gonna be like that in the movie as well. See, people say that a lot of us love everything that we get from this movie but that's not true....I don't like the weird bandaging. Red and gauze on Raph. I don't even like his doo-rag. I wish it just went across his face like the others....but I guess that's part of his personality, the biker dude with attitude

I'm not a big fan of the knot-top or the Fu-Manchu/Mandarin-like mustache and beard on Splinter but he does look like a rat and his clothes are Splinter-esque.

My only worry is the rumor that he might actually be April's dad or that he only learned martial arts ninjutsu from watching TV in the laboratory instead of in Hamato Yoshi's home in Japan.

I don't like how pink Splinter looks. He seems to be missing a lot of fur. Which makes him look rather creepy.

That's a bit of an exaggeration isn't it?
The only places really "missing" fur is on the top of his snout and a little his forehead.
