It was already confirmed the tmnt animated film isnt getting a sequel and they are doing a reboot/reimaging live action film.

The eye is Shredder.

Look on the floor, its their bandannas. The turtles and Splinter have been turned back into their pre-mutated forms.

Not sure if its real or not. Could just be a promo image to get interest in a sequel.

As i already posted it was confirmed a few weeks back and earlier this week that magi(spelling?) has already confirmed yes tmnt did well to warrent a sequel but they are going in a different route and doing a reimaging live action film.

i thought the animated film worked quite well and I would enjoy a sequel but it's just something about that live action .
