To those who have seen it in multiple formats: 2D vs 3D vs IMAX3D? NO SPOILERS!

    I've only seen it in IMAX3D but I would suggest IMAX3D. It's only in IMAX for a week. You'll have an opportunity to watch it in 2D later.

    Saw it in IMAX 3D, really good.
    3D was good, I didn't have any problems with it myself.

    I doubt it's only going to be in IMAX for a week. Yes, DARK SHADOWS is in IMAX too. But what I found is usually when this happens the screen is shared. HOWEVER what this does mean is a lot more limited times to see it in IMAX. Most likely just once in the morning and once late at night. If it's a city or some larger area chances are one IMAX will play AVENGERS while another plays DARK SHADOWS - I found that to be the case often in LA.

    i've seen 2d, 3d, and imax 3d.

    3d sucks, 2d's great, imax 3d is awesome.

    so basically watch it only in 3d if its imax. that's my opinion at least
