I've already dropped about 10 pounds already, and I'm not exactly overweight or anything... I'm just trying to get in shape.... Build some muscle and stuff because I'm kind of a weakling.

I should do it more often, which is what I'm trying to do. I hardly get enough exercise. I plan on going for a short jog every other evening from now on. Hope I stick with it this time.

I should probably start working out but the idea makes me want to stab myself in the eye with a fork. I've lost around 25 lbs. this year so far by just watching what I eat, but I've plateaued right about 184 lbs. and can't move beyond that no matter what I do.

Maybe I'll just start with some sit ups.

I've been in Tywin Lannister mode all morning; I just got an email from my grad school application database that my transcript didn't match my application. Some investigation revealed that my college had sent my dad's transcript instead of mine (we have the same first names). Now the deadline has passed for one of the schools I applied to.
