I think the minute you leave the store with a brand new computer, it's already considered old since newer models keep popping up.

Reminds me of this scene from The Onion Movie.

Edit: The scene has vulgarity in it. Just look up "The Onion Movie, Bates 4000".

I should probably start working out but the idea makes me want to stab myself in the eye with a fork. I've lost around 25 lbs. this year so far by just watching what I eat, but I've plateaued right about 184 lbs. and can't move beyond that no matter what I do.

Maybe I'll just start with some sit ups.
Can you walk around the schools on your lunch break? Some gals I work with do that (our factory is large) and they say it makes them feel great. :)

im addicted to the bloodlines book series, i can't explain it

A good book is a good friend, I've always said. :) I have many I read over and over again.

Indeed. My copy of Stephen King's The Wasteland is about worn to pieces. The cover's gone and the binding is fast following it.:o

Maybe you should replace it, lol. :) Before it's gone forever.

LOL, I learned more from books than I ever did in school. :p

The Hobbit and the Silmarillion are he only books I've gone back to 3 times or more. I think I've read the Hobbit 5 times. Typically, I read a book once and am done.

Books that I've read somewhat recently and want to read again are the Shack and Wool by Hugh Howey. I can't wait to read Wool's sequel. I'm restarting my old book club (Pick 3 Book Club) and it's one of the 3 book options that I'll be suggesting when we meet later today. That, Under the Dome by Stephen King, and either World War Z or Pillars of the Earth... I've not decided yet.

Hello. Hows it going guys? Been sleeping for the most part of the morning.

Been watching Game of Thrones and Camelot. Two great shows, and they both star two of my fave actresses, Lena headey (Got) and Eva Green (Camelot) :) thank god its the weekend.

Under the Dome reads fast even though it's big. I've read that twice. Right now I am going through the Game of Thrones series for the second time as well. Love that stuff. :D

Thrones? I wouldn't do that to ya. :D

So yummy I just had to get the books to see what happens next. The show is taking too long, lol. Tyrion is the best. :D

you mean Peter Dinklage? He's great... I like Lena's character though - she's the type you love to hate...and I hate the young King. He's so mean. I do like Robb.

Dinklage. Best Casting Ever. :D

I couldn't get into Game of Thrones. So I gave up and started watching MacGyver

So today I went to the Boston Comic-Con.

I met Scott Snyder, Tim Sale, Mark Bagley and NEAL ADAMS!! I shook the hand of the definitive Batman artist. Now that's something.

Also I bought myself a few fantastic Spidey comics, oh, and I asked Scott Snyder if there were any plans for him to do another Fatman on Batman and he said he would be doing one in September. So fans of that podcast, get excited :D

Cool stuff man

I remember when I met Snyder, it was just before the issue of Batman came out with Batman going crazy. I told him I was really excited about where he was going and that I hoped it was awesome. He assured me it was. I dropped the book after that issue...

Bastard Snyder lied to my face...
