Well it didn't help that Katie Holmes went on Letterman and promoted War of the Worlds instead of her own movie. She has control over that. It's not like she had a sniper on her or anything. To blame Tom Cruise for the less than spectacular box office take of Batman Begins is utterly ridiculous. I mean, at least the other complaints about him are somewhat valid.

Wow, you seriously want to make that comparison? Last time I checked Tom Cruise didn't call on the deaths of any world leaders or say that Hurricane Katrina was god's punishment. That's stretching it a bit there. Tom Cruise is loony and way too passionate about his cult, but the comparison here is way off base. The whole Tom Cruise is crazy thing just stems from the fact that he just couldn't keep his mouth shut about his opinions. Something he has done a much better job at. And the couch jumping thing was an act, no one is that happy about getting married.
