Batman Begins is very good.

 

True he started out in pulp magazines but like other pulp magazine characters he made the transition to comic books. Robocop isn't based on a comic book but it's a superhero movie so he stays it's no different than Darkman being on somebody's superhero movie list. Besides you notice how that I seperated comic book movies from superhero ones
