1.) The Lego Movie 10/10

3.) The Wind Rises 9/10
4.) Veronica Mars 7.5/10
5.) RoboCop 7/10

7.) Jack Ryan: Shadow Recruit 6/10

I've seen:

Noah
Captain America: The Winter Soldier
300: Rise of an Empire
Robocop

I'd say they're comparable in quality. Noah has the best character work and cinematography. Captain America has the best one-liners. 300 has the most clever action scenes and the most fun villain. Robocop has the best political commentary, jokes, and action scenes. I'd have to think more about it, or watch them again, in order to rank them properly.

1: Noah
2: CA2

i watched more movies. but those 2 are worth talking. i am shocked that i liked CA2 so much. Marvel stopped doing mediocre cheap stories and now everything changed. Thor 2 is Catwoman compared to CA2
