It’s a masterpiece and if this were a more objective “Best Films of the Year” list then it would easily be #1 so far. Without a doubt. Only reason I ranked Parabellum higher on my list is because it has that “comfort movie” factor that caused me to see it 6 times in theaters and will cause me to watch it every time it’s on TV cuz nothing brings me more joy than watching John Wick tear through endless former colleagues, especially on horseback.
