I've been downloading a pretty large torrent at 2.77G, and here's the part that's got me confused.

I was at 93.3%, then the tracker went down for a few hours. During that time I restarted my computer, and I started up the torrent at 70%.

Now I've had it up for a few hours and I'm only at 73%. I'm uploading up to 3 times as much as I'm downloading (my downloading speed has barely gone over 10 KB/s).

How can I fix this?

Sometimes files just won't load at any toleratable rate. If you can find a different source for whatever you're downloading remove the torrent that you're downloading and begin again. Since you've got most of the program already loaded onto your drive it'll load fast.

Change the upload to a smaller amount and the download will come faster thats what i do anyway. Kinda counter productive anyway if everyone has a smaller upload limt oh well.

Some times i have like 90% left and i look again and its on 85% gets on, thats only if a few seeders are on

find a different source you have also have a corrupt file.
