Wow I didn't know all the other Dinobots were gonna be in the game, too. This is gonna be balls-to-the-wall epic.

Gonna be a shame to have to leave 2 behind since it's only 3-man teams

Was War for Cybertron any good? If the story connects I would like to play it before this comes out. Is it worth a buy?

IMO WFC is by far the best Transformers game every made so far, I highly recommend that you purchase this game before buying FOC is upcoming fall.

A must buy for anyone into Transformers. Certainly get this before any other Transformers game.

New news to me. I may not even bother with this game now actually. The co-op made the first game for me. : Had they gotten rid of multi-player vs, I'd have been fine since I NEVER got into that.

Yeah, 3 player co-op was a lot of fun. I'd planned to get it the same time as my co-op buddies from last time.

I don't understand why they would take it out as it worked very well.

I don't see how it'll make for a "better" story. I never finished a chapter and said "Man, that would have been way more awesome if my 2 teammates were controlled by AI or not there at all"

Exactly. This isn't Skyrim or Mass Effect where you want time to explore on your own or make decisions that are personal to your own game. It's blasting robots in linear levels, something which is a lot more fun with your mates!

Much like a Transformer itself, the launch date for Transformers: Fall of Cybertron has turned into something else entirely. Specifically, the planned launch of August 28 has transformed into August 21, a full week earlier. Activision has also released a new trailer featuring Metroplex, the gigantic Transformer who (we're assuming) turns into a fully functional movie theater.

The single player portions of the demo were great.. Notice a big improvement in gameplay and whatnot and I thought the first was great.

Also... MP was great fun.

I'm gonna have a blast with this game.

Is there a cover system? That was a complaint with the last game even though I managed fine.

They said as long as you can dodge and have transforming there's no need for a cover system. I guess if you wan that use the walls of an entrence way. But that's it.

Nice, if there's going to be no co-op then I hope the single player is a lot better to compensate. It's great that we have a solid Transformers franchise now.
