I'm usually in a party too. I'll get this game when it goes down in price. Looks like a semi-easy 1k & it looks way better than the first Transformers game.

Yea, its better than the first, but only by a little and thats thanks to the MP. If this had no MP, i would have already returned it. Still not completely sure ill keep this or not.

thinking of possibly taking this back(i bought it used). I mean the MP is good fun, but i cant find any decent matches. Either everyone quits or i just cant find ppl to play with outside of TDM and DM.

You should visit some Threads at the TFW05 Forum. You'll find enough guys that will want to play a match.

Sweet, ill check that out. I played a few rounds that were pretty solid last night, but of course once we started winning members of the other team quit. I cant recall a game where the quit rate has been so high. Most other mp games i play, i can get through a match without anyone quitting. I never had that problem with the last 4 vs 4 game i played which was Gears of War.

I bought this game a few weeks ago thinking it was going to be much like the first one.....nostalgic fun. But it turned out, I liked this one far more than I expected. I think it's the multiplayer, and the choose who you want in the campaign. If only they release some DLC like some more bots and a few more maps, I could see myself playing this game alot more. For me, it was worth the buy, but most may just want to rent. Give it a shot. It's worth that much.

On the TFW2005 Forum a member contacted one of the Developers of the game and he said that within a week they might release some infos on the first DLC pack. And he gave a hint that Sideswipe might make it, since he's a fan favorite and the devs should know it.

There's no real G1 skins, unfortunately. But it's still a nice gesture to G1 fans with those recolored skins.

That's what I was under the impression they were, and what I was hoping for.

Does anyone know if those 1k, 10k etc trophies are still easy to get? I've been reading you can get them just by going to the friends leaderboard, but it's been out a while now, I don't know if that's still the case. And I won't be picking the game up until the end of the month.

Can you ask them what they think of other cartoons? It'd be great to have G1 models, but the other cartoons have some great designs too. Just want to know if they at least consider them or if it's G1 only.

Ah, that's too bad. How do you contact them anyway? Through PM? E-Mail? Is there a Thread on TFW2005 that Devs sometimes visit to look at DLC ideas? I just really want to plant the idea of other Transformers characters into someone's head.

One of the devs posted in the TFW2005 board thread and I'm sure they are very aware of what we want in DLC. I just hope they will transfer those ideas into reality.

New ROTF characters have of course priority. Sideswipe is one of my most wanted. But when they include the Twins, they better add a friendly fire option, so I can shoot them in the face when I see them on my team.
