In TF4, did Optimus have the ability of flight when he scanned that new truck or he got it after he pulled out that sword (Coz his arms changed when he pulled it out)? It wasn't made very clear Coz when he flew I was erm when could he do this without a jet pack.

Nope it's never explained, he can just fly all of a sudden. The charms of a Michael Bay movie t:.

Seems like Michael Bay is being more passionate for this film than he was for Age of Extinction. For that, i only remember him mentioning that he wanted to start the new trilogy on the right foot to give it to another filmmaker. Most of the marketing also focused on redesigns and there wasn't much new spectacle or new ground being broken. Just seemed like another job for him.

With Dark of the Moon, he was constantly mentioning how much he wanted to make it an epic conclusion to his trilogy, push 3D in cinema forward and overall keep pushing what could be done with special effects. With The Lask Knight, he once again seems to want to make the best cinematic experience possible.

I mean, I never had hate for the guy. I've watched pretty much every flick he's directed at some point. He uses practical effects a lot more than other directors in this day and age, so he gets brownie points on that, even if it does involve **** blowing up.

Definitely agree. I've enjoyed Every single one of Bays movie. Even 13 hrs of Bhingazi he did earlier. The 3rd act was soooo intense and it was well directed. The dude is good at what he does. Props to him though.

Really do not like the fact that the US military basically re-wrote part of the movie. That's totally a bright idea. Totally.

So now no Autobot's going to die? Well, there went the majority of the tension. Bravo Bay for descending to this new level of stupidity.

Depending on what it is they've re-written, then it shouldn't be an issue. if they literally just changed a load of military jargon and tactics or something like that then i'm not going to worry.

I read that they wouldn't do it if an Autobot was killed, so yeah, hence my main concern. Unless I have a confirmed enough reason to believe otherwise, I'm not exactly too fond of this.

Ah... right...I was seeing stuff about an Autobot being killed by accident by the military... so that's probably what they changed, doubt the US Military want to be seen doing Blue-on-Blue kills I guess
