Transporter reboot

That is a stupid title. IT's completely random.

My answer is still no thanks to this.

This is going to bomb. And I'm not just trying to be another voice on the web saying that.

The Transporter Legacy.

Wait, didn't they skip a couple steps? Shouldn't The Transporter Supremacy and The Transporter Ultimatum come first?

Legacy? Does anyone love the first 3 enough to earn that title? lol.

Transporter Legacy? Really?

I liked the franchise with Statham but this is a joke.

Oh, dear.

It unsurprisingly looks terrible. Especially that part at the end with the airplane terminal.

The best thing about the first three movies is that they quenched my thirst to see Statham being cool and beating people up. With no Statham this series is nothing to me. At least i have Furious 7.

This just look's rubbish. Same guy's who did the Taken franchise as well. So we know what to expect.:funny:

Luc Besson has a very particular set of skills, skills that milk certain fans' love affair with male macho badassness in the form of fake accents, CGI stunts, and a bunch of hot *****es. Prepare to be milked yet again.

my favorite was transporter 2 I enjoyed it caused it was more action packed transporter 3 was ok more of a chick flick it had few action scenes but it was more chick flick I watched the transporter series I think its just an summer show they showed it on tnt during the summer they show it during the summer on tnt the guy played frank he was ok actor I kind of lost interest in it after a while the episodes' became the same episodes each time so I just gave up on the TV series

So Besson is a writer but not directing this, not a good sign. When he is both a writer and director he's made some of my favorite movies (Nikita, The Professional, 5th Element, Lucy). When he is just a writer I can only think of Transporter and Taken, just the first ones, and even those aren't as good as when he directs too.

Reboot all the comic book films you want, but I draw the line at the Transporter series. You maniacs! You monsters.

I'm not totally against reboots/remakes per say, but there's always a fallacy that comes with it. For example, some movies were legendary due TO THE actor.

Jason Stratham already had the Guy Ritchie movies under his belt by the time he did the Transporter films, so he had a cult following already. This dude..will always be known as the guy who LEFT GAME OF THRONES FOR THIS. Left Game of Thrones, one of the biggest shows on TV.

Also, Jason has a unique macho persona that he embodies, while this dude is just..generic and English. He's too young, he's too preppy.

Yeah. I tried to watch it once. It had one of the guys from Prison Break as the Transporter.

It sucked.

They're rebooting the Transporter series without you. How do you feel that?

You know what? It was obviously a great experience doing those films, and I would have loved to keep doing it. But they wanted me to sign on and do three more films without even seeing a script, and they offered me less money to do three than I'd get paid for one! So it was a business decision. I would have loved to have done it, but you can't really sign on without doing a script, and to sign on for three of them? And to get paid a pittance? I just couldn't see the value in that.

They had some weird terms, they should have probably just given Statham the movie he deserved and done one new Transporter movie at a time.

Too preppy? Ed Skrein has probably seen more real life punch ups on the cobbles than Statham. You should check out iLL Manors, great little film.

But yea this film looks garbage.

Looks terrible.
