Phillip Schneider was a meterologist who talked about these trains existing underground back in the 90s. These trains would go from state to state in underground military bases in the US.
Schneider was found strangled to death soon after he was telling the Public what was going on in the us with man made diseases.

I read about Schneider years ago. A lot of crazy conspiracy stuff, including the fact that aliens were living in those underground bases. Still, fascinating, though there was some photographic evidence to support that the tunnels existed however.
