My trilogy idea is for 3 movies titled:

The Man of Steel

The Last Son of Krypton

The Man of Tommorrow

BASIC TRILOGY DIRECTION/TREATMENT

Martian Manhunter's species were in a war for their survival against Darkseid, a mysterious being bent on conquering the universe by exterminating advanced civilizations before they could challenge him or usurp his technology. The Martians make contact with the Kryptonians only to be double crossed and used by General Zod, wherein, Zod, with the help of Jor-El's Mentor, Zod, whom was blinded by his fear of alien forces invading Krypton, created the Eradicator along with Jor-El's help creating an artifiical intellenge system for the weapon called ARAINIAC. The weapon was secretly tested on Krypton's only moon destroying it, and thereafter launching an investigation by the Council which leads to both Jor-el's fame and rejection, as his search for the Eradicator leads to the discovery of Earth and imminent destruction of Krypton due to the loss of the moon's gravitational pull on Krypton, thereby pushing Krypton closer and closer in Red Sun, as opposed to the Sun blowing up taking the planet with it, all of which Jor-El confesses to Kal-El to teach him a valuable lessen about carrying the weight of the world on his shoulders alone when he should instead rise to lead inspired men around him to take the correct course of action, as Jor-El acknowledges that his arrogant decison to go at it alone led him into a mistake as he created a secondary artificial intelligence system far superior than the first one, series A, created for the Eradicator. Jor-El confesses to Kal-El that series B or BRAINIAC is perhaps the ultimate weapon in the Universe, as it is an indestructable database of knowlege, unaffected or guided by morality or laws of men, and will never stop seeking to fufill it's mission - to destroy series A operating the Eradicator, however, Jor-El cautions Superman that BRAINIAC was launched from Kryton in desperation before his programing was completes leaving Jor-El to proclaim that BRAINIAC likely has the mind of a child inside the most complex machine with the knowledge of a god. Jor-El regretfully apologizes to his son and proclaims that for all the good he tried to do it was his own flaws he was incapable of overcoming and of which made him by his own words, "the maker of a destroyer of worlds". The lessen here is recieved by Superman, that Jor-El used his brilliant mind for good of all but his own person flaws caused more harm than good in the end, which leads Superman to become open to the idea of joing forces with others to share the burden and prevent creating super conflicts by resolving smaller ones (ie- Lex creating a continent with Superman's crystals).

Here is the first of three stories in trilogy.

THE MAN OF STEEL

Clark discovers he is not the only one with powers when he witnesses Jason being rescued by a man faster than him, the Flash. Clark find the Flash only to learn he is a scared scientist not up to being a Superhero.

Back in Metropolis, the Daily Planet has come under seige by the Military investigating Superman's crash landing. Lois uncovers a secret government project called Project Steel. She learns from her source that the military wanted to construct technology to duplicate Superman's powers after he left in order to protect the nation. However, Lois's source believes that Project Steel is an offspring of another project and there are men seeking this technology for other reasons.

Richard uses his sources and learns that Lex has been released from Prison in exchange for Superman's address and artifacts including stolen crystals. Richard is led to a military base where Supermen suits are being built and tested. Afterwards, Richard gets a tip from a source to visit Scientist John Henry who tells him the real story. The suits are a cover story. They are building an army of Supermen using his discovery. Henry explains that he helped create a Supersuit fueled by Kryponite recovered from Lex's underground liar in Superman I. Henry explains that the project stopped when the Kryponite was accidentally destroyed in an explosion in another project called Project Flashback. Henry believes the project started back up when Superman left Earth and the military experimented criminals by altering their DNA using Kryptonite.

Clark later discovers that Project Flashback began to discover if and how Superman altered time in Superman II when he finds the Flash. Barry explains that he used his powers briefly when Superman left Earth but there is no need now that Superman is back. Barry goes on to explain his work for the military. He reveals that he read reports that two pilots, Hal Jordan and Steve Trevor, tracked an alien craft in 1947. Jordan shot down the Alien craft over New Mexico but not before the Alien craft shot down Trevor over the Pacific. The Alien was taken to a secret base where he died and thereafter Jordan disappeared. The only thing they learned was that the alien was searching for another alien on Earth looking for a man. They didn't discover the aliens origin but assumed in 1940's they was from Mars. Since 1947 they have been looking for this Martian Manhunter.

Back at the base, Lex breaks and steals a supersuit. Armed with the strength of Superman, he destroys the base with rest Supersuits after downloading Project Steel. Lex hints that he will build an army of his own Superman only to create Bizzaro in the next movie. After he leaves, Metallo is freed when he reforms himself out of the crushed rumble.

Metallo, John Corban, goes on a rampage after discovering the government changed him forever. Metallo launches an assault on the military contractor, Milton Hedge, that tricked him at his headquarters in Metropolis.

A huge battle ensues as Hedge's headquarters. Hedge reveals that he had Corban's DNA fused with Lex's crystals to make him invincible. Superman comes the rescue and fights Metallo while the Flash runs around saving people from the falling rumble. Superman defeats Metallo and makes the choice not to kill Metallo but instead incase him in his own metallic body with the help of John Henry who had discovered a way to weave a suit of Supersteel around a person's body.

John Henry, Superman, and the Flash then begin picking through the rumble for survivors only to discover Jason is missing.

2 weeks later, Lois and Richard have given up hope and give Jason a funeral while Clark is assigned to cover Milton Hedge's funeral and the reformation of his company into Lex Corp after Hedge's Will is found which leaves his entire fortune to Lex Luther. Clark shows up late and is confronted and questioned by a man who doubts whether Clark believes that the boy is dead. Clark becomes shocked and angry when the man says I know where your son is while revealing himself to be the Martian Manhunter. Clarks asks where only to be shocked when the Manhunter says that he is in training for a War of Wars at your outpost. Clark replies that that would be impossible implying that fortress is powerless without the green energy crystals. Manhunter proclaims his disdain for Kryptonian arrogance before rising in the air and telling Clark that is only the beginning as they shoot off into the sky.

The End.

Teaser for MAN OF STEEL

Lex Corp has begun rebuilding metropolis after MOS winning over many citizens after Superman goes missing. Meanwhile, Lex himself has successfully begun rebuilding his image using his newly created news network called LNN which puts forth propaganda that makes Lex and Metropolis the victims of the Superman who is portrayed as selfish and alien out perpetrating a sinister alien agenda. Lex makes the case that Superman is a fraud because no one with his powers would use them solely for good thus Superman must be pulling the wool over the public's eyes for some sinister reason. Lex reveals to his goons that once the public turns on Superman he will be neutralized and they must continue to question his motive with every move he makes in order to carry out the next phase.

More to come......

TRILOGY OVERVIEW:

[EDITED WITH NEW MATERIAL]

This Superman trilogy introduces various Justice League character grounded in Superman arch stretching back to a newly concieved pre-superman origin story interwoven with Martian Manhunter and Darkseid, intergrating and establishing the purpose of the Green Lantern Corps, the Flash, Wonder Woman, Aqua Man, Metallo, Brainaic, and the Eradicator. All these characters can fit nicely into this story arch, and without X-men 3/Spiderman 3 over kill. This trilogy briefly explains how these characters fit into Superman's story, as their story is a part of his in a Lost sort of way. The DC universe is strangely interconnected, just as is Marvels. Just give it a shot. Each character would be introduced without the fallacy of a Dare Devil or Incredible Hulk catastrophe. Think Dead pool. Could he remote have his own movie without his introduction and storyline have been interwoven with Wolverine's? Not a chance, if so he'd be Punisher Walmart five dollar bin material ten weeks out the shoot.

So in order to tell a larger story about how the characters are all connected in the DC Universe I'm connecting characters based on their own mythology and weaving it with Superman's to tell a new tale worthy of Superman coolness. Yes, it is chessy, but it's Superman and Superman is chessy feel good stuff along with crazy cool make you wanna fly type sheet.

The basic concept is Martian Manhunter's species were in a war for their survival against Darkseid, a mysterious being bent on conquering the universe by exterminating advanced civilizations before they could challenge him or usurp his technology.

I got a ton more...including a kick ass idea for Wally West as a young Cowboy/and star Drag Racer from Texas on vacation in Metropolis doing a media tour, and serving as a guest for none other than Lois Lane, whom befriended Wally's aunt/Flash's wife unbeknownst to Lois. Wally's character could be a lot of fun as I would set him up as abit of a badass without all the tools to the job, and whom is given his powers by mistake in a failed attempt to save a dying Flash at Movie 1's end. Superman becomes a sort of adoptive father of Wally, who is a young 20 something guy who's entire world has changed.

I got a idea for having a flying scene where Guy Gardener and Steve Trevor shoot down the first Green Lantern, and in the process Trevor crash lands on the Amazon island as the GL ship disrupts Jon Jonz's ship's cloaking device allowing Trevor to see the island and enter before it's self defense shields were reengaged. Trevor lands and discovers the ship is using its own gravity field and thereby creating a time-bubble wherein time elapses much slower. Trevor meets Diana, a young woman in her 20's around the same age as Wally West. After hearing Trevor's tales of danger from the outside world, Diana leaves the island to find the "One" (Jon Jonz). Diana finds Jon wearing the wacky WW outfit during the second movie. Her adventures before this point should get it's own movie and back story. Anyway, I like the idea of having Wally be a true lady's man, but before a complete moron around WW, and WW being an innocent and sheltered woman seeking all that the world has to offer, which scares the pants off Wally while trying to impress her pretending to be fearless. Wally isn't too keen on WW's jet, which is Steve Trevor's Jet equiped with Jon Jonz's technolgy including a small cloaking device which engaged incorrectly makes all but the passengers of the Jet disappear--which freaks Wally out during in a funny scene in the second movie. There is a good but subtle "There's something about Mary" love story here. These two characters are pretty bland individually, but together complement each other.

I see the first paragraph as explaining MH's hostility to Clark because he is Kryptonian but the rest has me lost. When you tried adding the JL you lost the story, you're kinda to much at once without completing the rest. I still want you to finish your original storyline an see how it ends.:yay::huh:

hey what happens next we'll like to see where the story ends

This is cool, do continue with it..

I'm still favorably for the trilogy though if done right..

"Back at the base, Lex breaks and steals a supersuit. Armed with the strength of Superman"

This is a really cool idea.

Below is the first act to THE LAST SON OF KRYPTON being the direct sequel to THE MAN OF STEEL and the second story in my Trilogy idea.

Rest assured that Lex will dawn the supersuit in Act II, insane battles will virtually destroy the rest of Metropolis in Act III, people will die and possibly be reborn - but not who you think, and the ity will be reborn in a new age to reflect a new era of Superman mythology as I try to introduce the old mythology in a new way over the course of this trilogy by stiching the DC universe together ala X-Men and setting up the purpose behind the destiny and fate of these DC Universe characters being a foundation laid in an expanded Superman mythologcy that will lead to Superman's redemption of the people of Krypton, Earth, and Mars against the intergalactic villian - Darkseid in the final chapter entitled "THE MAN OF TOMMORROW" which also will give purpose and reason, not just for forming the Justice League, but continuing one- including recruiting of new members - even reckless ones without superpowers who Superman opposes on many levels.

To the *****e bags. Yeah, its a ******** pipe dream. No I don't take myself seriously. And yes, I do have a life, which is why it took me 5 months to respond. This is all in good fun, so if you hate the idea or writer hereof, do us all a favor and allow the thread to die. If you have a suggestion other than poo-pooing for sake of poo-pooing, please reply.

With that said...key music and Donner opening.......

THE LAST SON OF KRYPTON
Weeks have pasted after the events of Superman: Man of Steel. The City of Metropolis if left partically in ruin. A large dust cloud still hovers across the landscape of the city as heavy contruction equipment is being brought into the City to remove debris and begin the rebuilding process.

A group of citizens gather around a window outside of an electronics store watching a TV in the window tuned in to Metropolis’ newest news network – LNN. The group listens carefully as the TV reporter says that its been 8 weeks since Superman left the City of Metropolis in ruin dubbed as D-Day, but the City is safe and on the road to recovery no thanks to Superman sparking debate among those in the crowd as to whether or not Superman caused the destruction of the City or saved it. As someone is the crowd shouts out ‘we don’t need him’, a little boy points to the TV screen with a puzzled look on his face as he read the banner scrolling across the TV screen – “SUPERMAN: FRIEND OR FOE?”.

Meanwhile, at the Daily Planet, Lois Lane barges into Perry White’s office demanding that they discuss “the situation.” Lois losing her temper telling Perry that she can no longer sit by and watch Lex Luther take over the city, and this business. As Perry tries to get a word in, Lois cuts him off and continues telling Perry that Lex is sowing the seeds of discontent with that Looney News Network, referring to LNN, while Perry sits there like goon turning a blind eye to the airwaves being polluted with anti-Superman propaganda.

Perry acknowledges her point of view and tries to offer his sobering assessment of the situation that a large section of the public has slowly turned against Superman and a majority of the public questions whether or not it wants Superman back. Perry continues saying that the Daily Planet is in no position to go against Lex Corp or LNN as newspaper sales are down and the public already views the Planet as a Superman friendly venue because of his relationship with the paper. Perry continues preventing Lois from getting a word in saying that he thinks the Planet should try and reflect more of how the public feels at the moment than be an advocate on Superman's behalf against Lex Luther, while slipping in his opinion that Lex didn’t level half the city. Lois erupts into outrage and she rips into Perry telling him that the public's sentiment is what Lex says it is and that is the situation, while pointing out that Perry is now spouting off Lex’s talking points as she walks out the room slamming the door.

Perry sits down in his chair with a disgusted look on his face as the door opens back up. Perry rises up expecting another confrontation with Lois, but its Richard White. Perry rushes toward his son hugging him as they have not seen each other since D-day. Perry reads Richards face and says that his hands are tied and that says that he’s [Lex] got them pegged as a bunch of Superman sympathizers and alien lovers. Perry visibly upset slams his fist on his desk saying that to Richard that he’s been in this business for 40 years and has never seen the public swing so far to one side of the spectrum. Richard turns to his father to inquire into what his next move might be to gather where Perry’s mind is headed, then after a long pause asked Perry whether they should take Lex’s offer to buy the paper and retire someplace sunny and easy. Perry looking out of the window into the vast destruction of the City pauses, then turns to Richard in a half cocked way and says with a smirk that he’d love to take that two bit convict’s money and shove it straight up his…. Richard interrupt Perry asking his Dad to give her [Lois] the assignment. Perry gathering his composure gathers the scattered papers on his desk and says for Richard to give Lois the assignment, what else do they have to lose, followed by another half cocked comment that somebody's got ruffle his [Lex’s] feathers. Perry then yells at Richard what are you waiting for Christmas, get Lane down to Cueball’s fancy press conference…and send Mr. Myspace down there too [referring to Jimmy Olsen].

Meanwhile backstage at Lex's press conference, Lex answers his cell phone, explaining to the caller that he needs more disruptions to get the vote, as polling shows the public moving towards turning on Superman, and once elected Superman will obey the law, ME, thus Superman is neutralized and we begin phase 2. The caller replies that his people can carryout more operations, but the increase in payoffs for reporters and cops may attract unwanted attention. Lex replies, O ye' of little faith, they're about to accept this offer and when they do I'll own the oldest paper in Metropolis. The caller interupts saying to Lex that he had better check his ego and remember who's calling the shots in this operation. Lex then answers in a devilish tone – I AM as he walks out onto the stage to the roar a large crowd gathered on the footsteps of City Hall.

Lex pumps his fist to chants "No more Superman" as he walks up to the podium. Lex then gives his standard anti-alien anti-Superman speech of old, but the crowd is not shocked or appalled, but instead the cheer and heap thunderous applause upon Lex, allowing Lex the opportunity to formally announce his candidacy for Mayor of Metropolis. The crowd erupts as Lex makes his announcement sickening Lois and Jimmy watching off stage. Lex then reveals that his platform is to rid the City of Superman and all other Alien invaders hiding among the population, while looking straight into the eyes of Lois Lane. Shockingly Lex calls on Lois Lane to ask him the first question, pointing out that his critics will be none other than Superman’s best friends or girlfriends. As the crowd laughs Lois fires off a question asking Lex to clarify his statement as to his definition of "hidden Aliens." This prompts Lex to position himself as a real man of the people telling them that the government has been lying about the origin of Superman and others hidden among the population in an effort to prevent the public from knowing the real threat posed by aliens.

Lex then reveals that he has proof that the government has long known of the existence of an Alien presence on Earth and if elected he will have the authority to release documents proving the great coverup, and that in the end he’s only interested in protecting Metropolis and human citizens which can only be saved if all Aliens are hunted down and removed, by force if necessary - prompting the crowd to erupt in applause as Lois looks around shocked by the fact Lex will likely be elected the next Mayor of Metropolis.
To be continued…..Stay tuned for Act II.

ps lex lost the crystals and the fortress doesn't work with out the green master crystals (which supes can only use) the others were archives and provides limited uses for the fortress without the master. lex never found it (green master crystal). from what you wrote the government still can't figure out or access kryptonian tech or the fortress. let me know how you solve this little dilemma.

hi finish your story already:cwink::hehe::huh::waa:
