Is that the recipe for that good-looking roast beef in the first post? If yes, I just might cook that on Thanksgiving.

I found several:

Number one:
NO FAIL MEDIUM RARE ROAST BEEF 4 lbs. or larger roast beef
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic powder, if desired

1. Have roast beef at room temperature (important).2. Dredge with flour combined with seasoning. Shake off excess flour from meat.
3. Preheat oven to 500 degrees.
4. Cook 5 minutes per pound.
5. Turn off oven and leave roast in oven for two hours.
6. DO NOT open oven at any time until the 2 hours (plus the 5 minutes per pound) are up. VERY IMPORTANT!
7. Let stand at least 10 minutes after removing from oven before carving.

I think number two is your best option. I think I actually did that one before. Perfect!

I love chicken! I can eat chicken every day. Chicken is the main reason I can't go vegetarian. I'd perish without chicken. I cooked Chicken Curry last night. I might make Meatloaf tonight.

Chicken Curry? Hmm...I've made that before I think. You ever make Curry Lamb?

Is Recipe #1 your own? I've bookmarked those 3 other recipes. #2 looks very simple and easy to make and since you've tried it out yourself and it turned out 'perfect', I'll give it a try too. Shopping for grocery I'll go tomorrow! THANK YOU!

I've never made Curry Lamb myself. Lamb has a ... funny smell. But when I go to an Indian Restaurant, I don't mind it. Depending on how well it's cooked and if my nose can't sense that... weird lamb/mutton scent.

That's really, really, really, really sexy:o.

OMG! Spider killer!!! How could you? They're soooo adorable. :(
I'll be sending a giant eight-legged freak in your dream tonight!

Hey DBella, I cooked some hamburger curry and butter chicken the other week. I've got a ton of turkey from an early thanksgiving, so I'm going to make turkey salad bagels and turkey chili.

Anything chicken can do, turkey can too. Saves money and tastes great! :woot:

So it's true then that a way to a man's heart is through is stomach? :o :p
Hells yeah it is. I mean look at this photo...this photo is hotter than porn.

Mmmmmm-yeah....you stir that cleavage...errrr....potato salad.
I love hot and spicy. ;)
That's the only way to go...but what are we gonna do after dinner:huh:

That's a pretty gory thought.
I guess there's more than one way to look at that statement, huh? Personally, I prefer looking at it from your angle.

Hamburger curry? I love hamburger but never thought of hamburger curry. I just might give that a try. Butter Chicken? I loooooove Butter Chicken. I always order that whenever I go eat out at an Indian Restaurant. Never cooked it myself though. Is it hard to make? Can you give me some pointers? I'd appreciate it if you can post, or PM, me the recipe. Thanks, Honey. :)

You just gave me an idea of what to do with those leftover turkey. But not this year since I'll be going to a friend's home to celebrate this Thanksgiving.

I think you know. :(

Is American thanksgiving the 27th?

I voted wine. Wine is good no matter what the occasion!

Ham on Thanksgiving? Poor ham, it has no shot.

No, it's not my own. But, yeah..no problem, I'm glad I can help. And yes food, cooking and beautiful women is hot.

Lamb has an interesting smell, but it's much like beef. And if you cook it well, they taste almost identical. Hence gyros..

Does that mean Barack is going to have Pizza this year for Thanksgiving :(
