    I miss that site but i was given links to other sites that are in someways better.

    no he won't. He didn't upload the content. And it isn't a link to the direct pirated material.

    That's ridicules. The link posted doesn't even link pirated material. The link posted links a site that links videos uploaded by hosts who have the sole responsibility of the material. However, the hype said not to post links to pirated material, and he didn't.

    No. I enjoyed it while it lasted, but, it was very illegal and they were perfectly in their right to shut it down.

    How could they have shut it down and arrest the owner when the site had a disclaimer?

    No it wasn't

    Not to mention the site that took down their server only had authority over the UK and the server was hosted in Ireland. FACT thought that because h (the creator) lives in UK they could arrest him. The original charges for which he was arrested for are being dropped because they were out of their boundaries and that they didn't host that material, simply they posted links.

    If the person, studio, or company who owns the copyrighted material has not authorized their work to be displayed on a specific site, it is copyright infringment and therefore illegal.....I believe the law is the same internationally and the US...

    just because they say they arent responsible doesnt hold a lot of water. I'm still trying to figure out why people seem to think they have the "right" to take tv or movies and display them anywhere they please.....
