In 2007, Guillermo Vargas Habacuc, a so called artist, took an abandoned dog from the streets, tied him to a very short rope to a wall in an art gallery, and left a kettle of food on the other side of the room, beyond his reach, and left him there to slowly die of hunger and thirst.

The so-called artist of such cruelty and the visitors of the gallery of art watched the agony of this animal. The dog finally died of famine, surely after a painful, absurd and incomprehensible torture.

The prestigious Centralamerican Biennial of Art decided that this horrible act committed by this guy was art, and Guillermo Vargas Habacuc has been invited to repeat his cruel actions in said Biennial in 2008.

If you go to this website there is a petition to try to stop this from happening again. Also links to the previous 'art work'.

Pictured Above: Innocent Animal and a bunch of sick mother****ers that If given the chance I would chain to a wall and starve them to death.

Wow that is horrible and I think they should take the guy and chain him to a wall with food on the other side, give him his own damn ART!

1962122 Signatures Total! DAMN!

This guys is an a-hole in the highest degree

While I cannot stand animal cruelty in the slightest:

ONLINE POLITICS DO NOT WORK.

Calm down... its just a way of expression...

Although his act of "art" doesnt seem right, the title of this thread is wrong in a way as well :o

If it's any consolation, stavation is supposedly one of the more peaceful ways to die. From what I understand, ans the body starves, it begins to shut things down, and pain is one of them.

This, of course, in no way excuses what he's done. Perhaps we should feed him to several starving, short tempered, pissed off pit bulls? That would be good.

That's the kind of thing people tell you to make you feel better about it. Starvation is ****ing HORRIBLE!

I think we should treat him in kind. but let him have water, that way itll last longer.

What a wanker.

WTF?!
NO!
That is NOT art!
Whoever considers that art deserves what that dog is had done to him.
It is disgusting and the most pure form of cruelty to an animal I have ever seen!
These a**holes should be put in a prison!:cmad::cmad::cmad::cmad:

Calm down... its just a way of expression...
Wow...this is the most idiotic thing I've ever read.
A form of expression would be chaining yourself to wall in defiance of something, not chaining an innocent animal to a wall to starve to death for entertainment.
Jeez...It's like watching a snuff film.:csad:

Reminds of the guy who videotapes himself drowning cats for so-called art!!!! :cmad::cmad::cmad:

It is art.
It's evil art.
If a rapist kills a woman and uses her blood to draw a smiley face on the wall, it's his art, but it's evil art.
Conceptually, the insanity of letting a creature starve while food is right nearby is a very powerful artistic statement on many levels...but it's also evil.

As anyone who has ever b****ed about a movie, or a comicbook, or music, should know, the word "art" does not mean "goodness".

Nazis making lampshades out of human skin is art.

people make me effing sick.
I like the idea of chaining him to a wall for a little eye for an eye punishment...though feeding him to a pack of hostile pit bulls sounds equally deserving for this pos mofo...
