Superman Returns Tweaked SR Teaser?

Here is the Old Original Teaser

Had to cut off the Logos

Edit - (hope it works)

The logo was different, but it was the exact same trailer imo. I've seen it at least a dozen times. I saw it twice before the GoF, last Fri. before V, and at least 9 or 10 times on apple's main page. I didn't pay exclusive attention to it, but it looked the exact same to me.

The more you observe a teaser, full trailer, or a film, things tend to slow down, and you absorb more of the work. You're probably just noticing more everytime you watch it.

Interesting to note. So the shot of Superman in space hovering is not extended?

I understand your reasoning on this one, but it's inaccurate. It is a different teaser. The footage had been changed. There are a ton of other people that noticed this too, there's a thread very similar to this one that I started over at BlueTights where it's pretty much been confirmed that the teaser was altered and updated. There's no question.

I read this thread before going to see V for Vendetta so I tried to pay close attention to the trailer. It honestly looked the same to me and my friends who have all seen the original.

I felt like the pace of the opening logos had quickened up a tad. That's about it.

There was also significantly more lighting on the cape in space. I don't suppose any of this really matters, though. We all knew the shots would evolve, but I don't think we expected that to show in a revised trailer.

Metropolis_Man said that the cape actually moved more during the trailer and had more of a ripple effect.

It moved as it would in zero gravity, very slowly. Not only was the cape lit better, but there seemed to be more detail put into Metropolis below him.

I heard that from somebody as well, about the Metropolis having more detail.

Now that i think about it i also noticed more detail where Superman re-enters the atmosphere. Or it could have been the fact that i saw the trailer on the IMAX sceen :)

Heres a picture of the Legendary Logo I snagged while at V for Vendetta. I tried to get a clip of him floating in space but didn't quite get it in time. I think it was extended a bit more, it seemed like it too me.

PROOF! There it is ladies and gentlemen!

I really tried to get some more shots, but I'd be a second too late, lol, that was the only thing I could really pick up in a picture as well though. Did it sound like maybe the music was just a tad slower, not much at all hardly, maybe just drawn out because of the few extra seconds of the shot of him in space.

Man you did a great job, that shot game in very clear. I know you would show up with the proof.

That is an extremely clear shot, how did you get it to come out so well?

I have a digital camera and I just turned the flash off. That way you get what you're actually seeing in the theatre. I tried to get a few more shots, but I was a few seconds too late, and only got black.

He only took stills and the Legendary Pictures logo was the only one that came out okay.
