:csad: Well I never thought I would make a serious thread up but the time has come.

Me and my wife are arguing a bit over if I get a better job back in florida should I take it, I would make 52K a year, right now are combined income is over 60K a year, so it would be less money, but Florida has no state tax. IF I get this job should I say look come with me I need this job! Or just stay in Georgia. She is very smart and was like a 4.0 in high school so she could get a job easy! Myself Im as stupid as Ram Man, and crap I think Stratos just pooped on me :( Anyway what should I do!?

you make my brain hurt Muscles....

move to florida.... you figure even making less money down there... not paying state taxes.... it'll be little change to your overall income.

on a side note... it's our.. not are. :(

No idea so I picked GA since I live there.

LOL!! yes . . . 'our', not 'are' . . . . I'm glad the wife is the brains of the household :D

With muscles would you really expect otherwise? :woot:

First you need to research a little further into the cost of living factors such as, the comparable cost of homes, rentals, food, meds, insurance, etc. Then you need to know how secure this job will be. After all these factors and more, if it is cheaper in the long run to live in Florida, then i would suggest moving otherwise stay in Georgia .

muscles, Florida is where the Golden Girls live.
Your wife is just being all Evil-Lyn 'cause she's scared that you'll leave her for that hot skank Blanche Devereaux.

only weak men leave their wives for skanks.

Mark my words, those men end up alone, cuz the skanks keep on their way after a good night of action.

Pros and Cons list

Remember to consider the weather and the housing costs. Check job availabilities for your wife.

How about your favourite activities? How hard / easy are they to do in Florida?

What about your families (your parents, siblings, her parents, siblings)? Do you visit with them a lot? How much more difficult will that become? How much more expensive?

What about transportation costs? I know that the area I visited in Florida seemed to have an excessive amout of toll booths.

Wow, you should work as an advisor for life crisis issues. Mind you, im not sure hell think that deeply about it...

Sofa, we're talking about musclesforsupes and a fictional character, from a sitcom. Okay?

Sarcasm loves me too. :( be nice.

does this mean i should stay will evil-lyn then

Wait so first problem is should Muscles move to America's Wang?

What's the 2nd problem?

I'm going to throw something else into the mix, in addition to sensi and redmarvel's excellent advice; which job and location will make you the happiest? Living in a place you dislike and doing a job you hate aren't worth it in the long run, especially if the difference in salaries is nominal.

Run for your life, muscles! Run to the underground bunker state underneath tennessee! It's the only place you'll be safe!

If Muscles moves would the backdrop behind him when he picks up his magic sword change from Georgia to Florida?
