I'm intrigued because of the teenage aspect of the story, but if Loeb's writing it I'm pretty wary. My burns from Ultimatum still have not healed.

I'll check this out just to see if that dude on the promo is Mimic or a teenage clone of Logan. Prob gonna be the latter though.

If you want to complain about something, at least do it about somethng that's a current ailment to us. Like why Ultimate comic avengers 5 isn't coming out til February! Freakin' delays.

That'd be a nice change of pace and a good way to make it up to the fans. We're already paying four bucks an issue for no bonus or extra content. The least they could do is keep us on some sort of schedule.

Yeah, that's one reason why I'm buying more DC books now. When they raise the price, they at least put in co-features so you get something for the extra buck.

Still, the writers at Marvel don't have a say how their work is distributed, so I wouldn't give them flack.

Don't get me wrong I'm not holding the writers responsible (except Loeb that bastard) but some of Marvel's recent buisness moves have left me alittle bitter over the whole situation.

So who do you guys wanna see the most in Ultimate Avengers? New characters wise.. I'm really interested in Daredevil, Punisher and Blade being on the team. I always liked these guys even tho i haven't read barely any comics of them! I'm fully aware Matt Murdock died, but the new Daredevil can be cool but makes me wonder will he be blind or what aswell. >_>

Punisher's treatment in the Avengers seems really cool, compated what i've seen with this Frankencastle stuff. <_< Ah god darnit, give us more UA comics! Millar was very assured we'd get Leinil's arc in March... Maybe we get double shipment in February? <3 Carlos Pachero don't let us down!

Ghost Rider. I've wanted to see Ultimate Ghost Rider since day one of Ult.Marvel. Part of me doesn't even want a supernatural origin, either. Let's make it something new and exciting.

Personally I think the new DD may be Elektra. If you look at DD on the cover of issue 1 he has a very feminine figure. As for a character I'd like to see/looking forward to is Ghost Rider. Kinda curious to see if they do anything unique with him.

well considering that Millar said that Pachero already has most of his arc finished we might be seeing a bimonthly schedule for a little bit.

Keep in mind, if the artist runs over it makes the inker and colorist run over as well. We don't want them to rush, otherwise, the wait'd be for nothing.

I'd have to look at that cover again to comment about the female daredevil thing. Either way, I'm still upset they killed Murdock. What was the point?

Please my friend don't get me started on the worthlessness of the Ultimatum related deaths. I already have enough bullet holes in my ceiling already. Just to save anyone the hassle heres the cover of issue one.

Yeah but think about it. With [BLACKOUT]Kingpin[/BLACKOUT] dead she'd be outta the job and considering the past they shared I could definitely see Elektra honoring Matt by taking on the DD mantle.

I liked Ultimate Elektra a lot. Both Spider-man arcs with her were great. Didn't read Daredevil/Elektra, though, so I have no clue what their history in Ultimate was.
