Hey sevenwebheads, I recognized you're name on YouTube. Great channel btw, you've got all the clips and music and everything in there

Just wanted to get my opinion out of the way.. I've seen both episodes and it doesn't seems that bad at all. Only downside about this is that everything feels so rushed. Like they tried to put everybody in 2 episode. I think this is something that can grow on me but I actually like how they use the "cartoon" affect with the characters and it has a lot of good humor which I enjoyed. I feel this cartoon will grow on me in the future but for now I will rate it a 7.1/10

There was alot more of the show that I actually liked than I hated. I expected it to be the opposite. Its good I liked parts of it, and I will be watchin the new episodes. But this show as a MOUNTAIN to overcome in the name of Spectacular Spider Man.

Looking forward to tomorrow's episode.

Finally got a chance to check out Episode 1 and after having such high hopes for a show based off of my favorite Spidey comic series ever...I didn't even care enough to finish the episode. I had lost total interest with 5 minutes left to go - I don't know if that's happened with anything Spidey, EVER! Haha. I might give this another shot but it just makes me so upset what could have been if they'd actually been faithful to the USM comic, like if they'd followed the arcs and did multiple-episode versions of them. *sigh*

Compare ep.3 to the Avengers ep. With Dr.Doom.....no contest. Still not sold on the show. The jokes are come too often, most of them I don't find funny, once in awhile I lol, and the action is unimpressive

hopeless... absolutely hopeless...

compared to THIS juvenile joke, the Super Hero Squad was a gem that had more going for it than THIS mindless mediocrity...

It was a Doom Bot they captured, the REAL Doom looks like he'll show up in later episodes as the ending suggested.

I enjoyed this episode.

I knew it was a Doom Bot as soon as Doom was taken down (If it wasn't a Doom Bot this show would go on the list of most disrespectful comic based cartoons ever). I liked this episode better than the last couple; however that's not saying too much as it still is kind of...gaggy. Also, I swear to God, Thor, AND Darkseid if I see that stupid jetpack gag one more time I will actually go crazy and commit a murder... Well, at least Doom was played completely straight...However I did enjoy him more on the Avengers EMH.

this show is a joke, I actually surfed the net a couple of times whilst watching show I was so distracted by the anima style. I cannot believe that spectacular spider-man was cancelled of this PoS.

60's spider-man
spider-man and his amazing friends
spider-man (80's)
spider-man (90's)
MTV spider-man
spectacular spider-man

all better than this rubbish. the only cartoon worse than this was unlimited spider-man. this anima nonsense worked for teen titans and even they cut it out for the serious episodes. this juvenile visual slapstick is a ****ing MESS.
it takes you out of the cartoon again and again.

if this cartoon was following unlimited spider-man I would probably have more tolerance for it but it follows what I consider the high water mark for a spider-man cartoon (SSM).

*HIGHFIVE*...

I think THIS might be a better way to sum up this abomination... :barf:

this movie is clearly aimed at kids. the makers are so STUPID. kids are going to watch regardless, it's spidey, you are preaching to the converted.
look at pixar, they cater to kids and adults alike because they know the kids are going to watch it anyway so way not pick themes and plotlines that with effect kids and adults.

can you imagine if bruce tim in the 90's when thinking up the concept of batman the animated series had said 'hey, it's only for kids' and then wrote stories that talked down to children because 'hey, they're just kids'.

breaking the forth wall
visual slapstick

there is one moment where peter literally (LITERALLY!!) stops time and TELLS you what aunt may is like. ARRGGHHH!!!! how about you develope her character and have her (aunt may) SHOW you what her character is like.

everything spectacular spider-man got right this show has got wrong.

I hope this show gets cancelled in the next few weeks.

I think it's been renewed for season 2. And other sites I've been on seem to be more positive about this. Not exactly my cup of tea either, but I don't mind it at all. It's certainly not Spectacular, but there are people who like this.

I like Unlimited, it's not really a bad show, just not the kind of things to be expected or desired in a Spider-Man show

I hope this show gets cancelled in the next few weeks.
Very optimistic

to be fair, bad shows have recovered. the batman is a good example.
That one is a good show as well, but season 5 is pretty meh, and the overuse of Joker & Penguin got pretty irksome, but nothing so intolerable
