Great poster! I honestly went back to re-read the script a second time and I like it more now. Garfield character is not really likable, but most of the characters aren't, except for this comicbook writer, briefly. This reminded me after reading it a second time, it reminded me of a novel called 'Flicker', and it must be why I dug it so much.

I hated Garfield because of his performance in the Spider Man movies, but this was genuinely one of the best movies I've ever seen in my life. I loved it. And I love Garfield now too.

Love It Follows and one of my favorite films in the horror genre in this decade and i support independent horror genre and glad that was a surprise box office hit.

I hope this is a worthy follow up.

I enjoyed It Follows quite a bit, but didn't care for this one at all. Garfield was just as wacky as the zine-writing conspiracy theorist, but through the super power of handsomeness was able to gain entry into high end parties, have multiple women throw themselves at him, kept a roof over his head and came THIS close to nailing the granddaughters of both Elvis Presley and the dad on Eight is Enough. Skip this one and watch The Boys again.

It's like a rambling mixtape of good songs that have the same vibe but don't flow together well and lyrically they cancel each other out. And that's somewhat intentional on the movie's part but it doesn't make me feel like it was worth the time watching it, you know.

Nowhere near as great as It Follows but very enjoyable. Can't wait to see where Mitchell takes us next.
