Anyone watch this show...to be honest I think it's one of the best things on tv at the moment, the dialog is so wiity and clever and Kristen Bell is an amazing actress. I urge everyone to watch this programme because I have a feeling it may be cancelled after season three

The first season was insanely awesome. The second one was just average, though it did have some amazing moments. I think that Logan might be the most interesting character currently on tv.

Yeah, the second season left me a bit cold, but the episodes leading up to the series Finale got me excited again, EXCELLENT villain, with a very good cliffhanger...

The First Season is the best show I've ever seen, arguably...
TMNT was so good...

Phenomenal show. One of my current favorites.

i cant wait till it comes back. it's funny, Buffy:TVS was on WB, got cancelled and jumped to upn. veronica mars (some say a buffy replacement) starts on upn only to jump to the CW network (use to be the WB)

a long time ago, we use to be friends...

I can't seem to get into it. It has all the earmarks of Buffy, which I loved, but I resent it for some reason. The lead actress is a little too hot to be endearing, the idea that she's a genius detective just makes her more galling, and she totally doesn't look like she's in high school. Maybe I'll rent the DVDs of the first season from Blockbuster, sit down, and really give it a serious try one of these days, though.

The fact I like about is just that. It's played upon. Veronica used to be that girl, the attractive one who people liked, until she sided with family over the richest man in town. That's why she became an outcast, and that's why I found her endearing. The genius detective thing just isn't true. She was forced into the detective role by cruel fate, and she makes a lot of mistakes that aren't really evident on first viewing.

It's a very noir-y concept, and one I really quite like.

i use to avoid watching it because i felt this was just a buffy replacement. i got into it in the second season. this show is the snip.

I'm going to watch this show next season.

I loooove this show:) .
When's the third seasi+on coming anyway? I heard something about october:) ...?

Kinda funny story about that.

I've always thought Kristen Bell was really attractive. And I agree with you that she almost seems too hot on the show.

But I went to Wizard World Chicago this year, and Kristen was making an appearance there. I paid the $20 and waited a half hour to get her autograph and stuff. But when I actually got up to meet her, I was stunned at how plain she was. She's just a petite woman in her mid-twenties. Attractive, yes. But as hot as she looks on the show? Not at all.

Not being much of a celeb watcher or anything, I was really surprised at how normal she seemed. She's just like a thousand other girls I've met in my life, but when she's on TV she's seems like so much more. On an intellectual level we all know that stars are just regular people, but it's still a bit surprising to see them in real life and have that confirmed.

Who's gettin the DVD tomorrow? I am. I'm probably one of the few people who likes the second season just as much as the first.

I didn't realize it was coming out. I'll definitely be picking it up.

Watched some episodes of it today, didn't get a lot of it (I guess being near the end of the season, it only makes sense), but I would love to see more. :)

I've tried getting into the show, but it seems to be super-serialized. There's so many characters running around and of the 2-3 episodes I've watched the weekly plot seems to interact with the big mystery of a bus crash. I like serialized dramas and have heard plenty of good things about this show, but I think I've missed the boat. I'm trying to catch the reruns showing now and I plan to start watching the new season, hopefully I'll be able to understand more. Is the bus crash conspiracy/mystery solved yet or is this being carried over to the third season?

By the end of each season the major mystery is solved. Season three is going to start fresh, basically, so it's the perfect time to get into it. Also, rather than one long mystery in season three, there will be three shorter mysteries, each taking up about a third of the season.

All I know is UPN used to always run ads for it saying "WHO RAPED VERONICA MARS".

Kinda funny in heinsight,

Yeah, this is seriously one of those rare shows that would actually have the balls to do that.

I like this show a lot... I missed a huge chunk of season 2 but still enjoyed the last two episodes... I think that it still has some working out to do if it wasn't to recapture the magic of the first half of season 1... that was truly outstandingly jawdroppingly exceptional...

The show is still very good, but it being hard to follow keeps a lot of people form really 'getting it.' And Bell is cuter with short hair, honestly (and more highschool...)

The first season blew every other show out of the water, the second while lacking something was still good.

Yeah, the second definitely lacked some of the magic from the first. It wasn't as coherent, and the character arcs don't hold together quite as well. I think season 2 really benefits from being watched all together.

It´s a good show, but I kinda lost track of it.

I'm in the same way. I catch reruns but never in order,so I'm lost. I think it's in a bad time slot for me as well. But it is a pretty deep little show from what I've seen. I think you have to be dedicated to it to get it.
