I listen to all of IGN's. Three Red Lights, Gamescoop, Podcast Beyond, and the very inconsistent Nintendo Voice Chat.

Three Red Lights is ****ing hilarious. They spend most of the time talking about random 80's things and making fun of the people who write in and each other. There have been some great moments.
Gamescoop is almost as good, the other two are give or take for me.

I also listen/watch Gametrailers.com's Invisible Walls. Definitely a more on topic podcast than IGN's, but it's still enjoyable.

I stick to G4's video podcasts. My current favorite is the Feedback podcast. I imagine the podcasts are just stuff that's shown on G4's TV channel, but I don't get that.

They're easily the best I think, I always make sure I listen to Gamescoop and Podcast Beyond every week, while listening to TRL when I can be bothered.

The Joystiq Podcast is a favorite of mine, and the Gamespot Hotspot...although I'm a little less into that one because there are just some idiots now and then.

1up Yours was a good one too, but since it ended it's now become 4 Guys 1 Up.

I'll look into the IGN podcast. Always room on my Zune.

Listen UP/1UP Yours was previously my favorite podcast. I'm not sure if I like 4 Guys 1UP yet though. David Ellis always got on my nerves as an "opinion guy", but not as much as a host.

Hosted by Robert Ashley. Definitely not your typical podcast. Robert devotes each episode to one very specific topic and interviews people inside and out of the game industry about it. You only get one episode every few months, but they're all really well put together and always interesting. Not for everyone but highly recommended nonetheless.

Hosted by Ryan Davis, Jeff Gerstmann, Brad Shoemaker, and Vinny Caravella. Hands down my favorite podcast. No surprise as Giant Bomb is my favorite game-related site. But it's consistently funny and the guys have a really great chemistry with one another. This gets my highest recommendation.

Hosted by Anthony Gallegos, Arthur Gies, and Tyler Barber. Rebel FM was one of the projects born from the ashes of the mass firings at 1UP last Christmas. I can't in good conscience recommend this one as nowadays I only listen to it out of habit. But I guess its worth a listen to see if you like or not.

I really appreciate this show as it breaks from the "Watcha' been playin', news, letters" format that is typical of so many other podcasts out there. Recommended, but not if you're easily offended.

Yeah...I already miss Garnett and John. 4 Guys 1 Up is still a work in progress, I think. I'm still hanging on just to see. Joystiq Podcast is probably my favorite game podcast right now.

TRL was great this week I haven't listened to Gamescoop yet.

I'm downloading all the Giant Bomb podcasts from itunes. I never listened to it but I'm going to start now. And I enjoy going back and listening to old podcasts, even though the news is old.

That's cool. I've listened to the Joystiq podcast and I'm probably going to subscribe to it.

Since 'tis the season and because it's one of their better episodes you might you want to check out TalkRadar's Christmas Special from 2008. I hope they do another one this year.

Hosted by Jeff Green, Shawn Elliot, Robert Ashley and N'Gai Croal. It's the closest you'll get to a return of GFW Radio. Shawn Elliot tends to take over, but he's so smart and funny that you are happy he does, and Jeff Green is just a great contributor. Definitely listen to this. It's some of the smartest and funniest game commentary you can find.

The Giant Bombcast, Rebel FM and Talk Radar are all on my top list. I enjoy 4 Guys 1 Up, but I might skip and episode here and there. There was a funny episode, this year, where one of the guests got drunk about midway through the podcast and his words were slurring by the end.

Talk Radar can be crude, I agree. I dig the humor, usually. But I could see people getting offended by it. I'm pretty sure they sometimes get drunk while recording too, atleast Antista has I think.

I really like Rebel FM, though. Probably my favorite podcast now. The Games Club is a nice add-on to the regular podcast they do. They all decide on an old game to play, and tell everyone to play up to a certain section or level, and then they pretty much talk exclusively about it up to that point until they beat it.

Fat Penis, the conspiracy of the Leprechauns, and Squat and Gobble are instant classics for me.

I think the guy you're referring to that got drunk on 4 Guys 1up was Ryan O'Donnell From Area5 (something else you should check). He and Matt Chandronat are frequent guests on Rebel FM.

Why by the way, I was down on Rebel FM because they got really heavy handed with the Fat Penis stuff there for a while, but I'm enjoying it again now that they've toned it down. I agree Squat and Gobble is classic though.

Hosted by Anthony Gallegos, Ryan Scott, and other Gamespy staff (Anthony and Ryan are pretty much there all the time, but the rest can rotate or change). I really like Gallegos from Rebel FM, so he's always funny to listen to for me. They can sometimes stray away from games in other areas depending on how the conversations go. But, it's about gaming and it's pretty funny so I recommend it.
