Visualizing Lex Luthor's Power Suit

yea it being developed over the course of film series and used from different tech and prototype deals would be a good way to handle it. Have it be in climax battle and be lex's last attempt to get rid of superman.

Like I said before, i'm not a fan of it, but IF they did use it, then i'd like to see Metallo be the first attempt.
He gets defeated.
Lex upgrades him, again he's defeated.
Finally, out of anger, Lex makes another, even more advanced upgrade, but this one is for him and him alone, the battle suit.

yea that is why i would go with it being developed over the series, and we see it taken from brainiac tech, which brainiac tech is made to create metallo and then maybe some other prototype weapons. And then the suit is lex's final weapon on superman. Then as i said used only in the climax of the 3rd film lets say. Where superman was finally able to take down lex and show the world he is a bad guy. And lex in a last ditch enough pulls out the suit to take out superman before he is defeated of course and sent to jail for all his crimes.

Perhaps Brainiac could "infect" Lex like in the JL cartoon so that he survives when Superman defeats him at the end of the first movie. But then, anything that Lex does from that point on would be attributed to Brainiac and he would not get his fair share of character development.

I would only go down that road, after Lex has had his share of development and screentime, and after a big confrontation/discussion between him and Superman with blood in the water, sharks coming, chips falling down, people eating each other, etc. In other words, about the 3rd or 4th movie. Only then would i surrender Lex to Brainiac and of course i would never do that freak-horror show that we saw in the JL. He would just be Lex with superpowers, his eyes flaring up when he uses them, and he would have a more Brainiac-esque voice once his infection is revealed and he can no longer hide.

And since this subplot was part of the wider CADMUS arc of the JL cartoon, i'd love to see all this in a movie one day (i mean the CADMUS arc).

That would be pretty neat. Brainiac is defeated at the end of the first film, but he infected Lex at some point without Lex Knowing it.

2nd Film. while the story would be focused more on whatever main villain we have, the secondary story would revolve around Lex.
Although already a genius, Lex is learning to conceive of and invent technology that he could never even dream about before. It shocks even him.
As the film progresses, Lex becomes more and more intelligent. He advances to the point that things that he normally used to enjoy no longer concern him. Only knowledge matters to him now..
By the end of the film he would look like similar to a bum, all dirty and skruffy looking, but with a super intelligence and strength.
Gone is The Lex that obsessed over power, money, and Superman. Replacing him is a being that craves ALL knowledge at any price.

Minus the dirt and ragged clothes, he would look like Lex 100% on the outside, but on the inside, no, he wouldnt be Lex.
Just a little idea. What we get will probably be nothing ( as usual ) as what we imagined.

I kinda like the idea of seeing a Lex that no longer cares about his appearence, or the things that he used to love..Especially if they show the smug, conceited, Lex at the start.
That would be a Mighty big fall for him.

i actually rather lex not get infected by brainiac, i would just leave it if a single peice of brainiac survives he can always reform like STAS and smallville showed us.

The suit, the suit the suit... oh Lex.

I'd like to see the suit, just because it's in the comics. Not as a climactic battle, though, because, as we've said, that makes little sense.

What I'd like to see is the seat be an evolution of the robotic movement in the Superman films. In the first film we may see security drones that culminate in Metallo. In the second film, we might see Steel suit up at the end. In the third film Lex may co-opt that tech and design his own suit as he teams up with Superman to take on Zod. Clearly Lex would be Kryptonite armed at that point.

As for the setup, I'd like to see a more Iron Monger-mech like design on Lex's suit. That'd be kinda fun. Perhaps he'd choose the colors to make his mark as a superhero.

If it's done now the general public would think Lex is tryin' to be IronMan. I'd say don't do it.
