A play is on going at the Gotham Rogues field.

The stadium is full.

Well, we know they will make it look full with
the help of CGI.

Bane and his henchmen enter the field.

Also three tumbler enter.

Bane speaks to the audience.

Bane tells them he will destroy Gotham.

And shows them the "Instrument of our
Liberation" weapon.

Bane tells his henchmen to steal a school bus
from the stadium parking.

And take some hostages from the audience and
put them in the school bus.

Bane exits the field in one of the tumblers.

Batman arrives late to the stadium when Bane
is already gone.

The school bus is escorted by...

...the three tumblers and the HEMTT truck loaded with
the "Instrument of our Liberation" weapon.

Batman leaves the stadium following the highway
to chase Bane and his henchmen who are now
entering the city.

Selina joins the chase on her Batpod.

Batman catches Bane in the city and fires at
the HEMTT from the Batwing and...

...the HEMTT falls from a bridge and...

...kills Talia al Ghul who was inside the HEMTT.

The school bus gets damaged on a bridge and
Batman tries to save the hostages.

this is totally off base. The HEMTT chase does not immediately follow the football scene. There's also a lot more to it. The batpod at one point drives in front of the truck and shoots at it as Gordon tries to extract the bomb from the back of the truck

The Tumblers are not part of the Heinz shoot. They just brought it out as a treat for everyone that came.
