WandaVision WandaVision General Discussion Thread

yeah, but that radio voice was male and sounded like Agent Woo.
Maybe another radio voice? TV anchor?
But Scooby Doo could mean, that she’ll be like a masked monster...

I thaught it will be like we hear a radio moderator at first, then some disturbed signals and then Woo can speak to her.

When I heard about a magic show, I wondered if they added Illusion and Glamor to the cast. I guess that's not the case, but I wonder if this will still be a reference to that.

After all this time, it doesn’t seem far away at all!

Do we think we hear the MCU fanfares in every episode or at least in the first episode as an opener?
I would like to hear it in the first episode to be honest.

...lol fast. I’m hungry for this for 6 months and expected it in November

Probably the best promo video yet
The beekeeper is crawling out of the underworld...this gotta be Mephisto

Twitter said it has 9 episodes? I dont know what is legit here. There is 6, 8 and now 9 in the room. I was very hyped for the show but the more I see the more I fear it goes 90 % full nostalgia-cheesy sitcom.....

It seems like 9 is the official number. It’s clearly leaning into the TV aspect of it all. The title is a play off the word Television.... but I figure we will have a lot going on inside and outside the bubble.

9 episodes is ideal since it would take us right into Falcon and Winter Soldier, on March 19th, without any gaps.

This will of course be sitcom nostalgia, but also wit mystery elements, that will keep us theorising a lot

I'm glad that Marvel Studios will be bringing on successful Disney composers for this show. I don't want to be too harsh on the MCU, but their scores blow chunks. Nobody remembers them and even less can hum them. And I think Quicksilver will come back, but it WON'T be ATJ. I used to think it would be ATJ up until last week, but I don't believe that anymore. Maybe a flashback in Sokovia, but I wouldn't find that to be a particularly satisfying "comeback". But I'll take any Quicksilver in WandaVision over none at all. I also have changed my mind about Wanda being a mutant in this series. I think it's possible she does become one here. And why the heck does Vision look so wimpy in these trailers?! :) Wanda's really the boss in this relationship! And finally Olsen is doing an interview. It's about time honey!

I hate how sites are referring to this series as season 1. I don’t think we will be getting more seasons of it. This one especially feels like a limited series.

Yeah. I like miniseries more. Tell me a story and wrap it up/have it set something else up but I don’t need a season 2. I could only see that happening with the solo shows.

I agree. Bettany and Olsen both said it wouldn't make sense for a season 2 of WandaVision. I actually think it's quite unlikely that any of the Disney Plus shows will get multiple seasons.

I think quite a few could. Loki, for example, has been announced for a second season.
Armor Wars and Secret Invasion also feel like one-shots.

But Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, etc. feel more likely to be ongoings. Falcon and Winter Soldier seems 50/50 to me.
