Well, first of all, you need the DVD of course. Get GizmoProject, download it and sign up and everything (free and safe trust me) and we can do a commentary.

Now, how are all of you going about this? How will you record it, and what website will you upload it to? I, myself do video game commentaries, and here's how I do it:
I record the video game footage using a capture card called Hauppauge, then I send the recordings to whoever's doing the commentary with me. From there, we call one another on Skype, and I record the audio using a program called Pamela Call Recorder. We basically just click play at the same time and talk while watching it. When all is said and done, I edit it into 10 minute segments and upload it to YouTube. The same thing can be done for movies.
