I'm so happy to have a Lounge suggestion used. Even though the temptation from the mod in question to name it Lounge of the Apes given how we carry on around here would've been too damn high.

I watched Assassin's Creed instead! I made a judgment call, and I stand by it. The film ends with him just [blackout]walking up and slitting Jeremy Irons' throat, and then booking it[/blackout]. Exactly how I would have done it in the game, so... points for accuracy, I guess.

I honestly didn't hate it. It's a good weird Friday night movie for me. But I totally get why people hated it.

I enjoyed it. The "game" moments like the leap of faith, or the parkour across rooftops made me happy. That, and seeing weapons from the games in the Abstergo archives. I'm not asking for much when it comes to video game movies. They even managed to work in an appearance from a historical figure, which is a nice touch.

If Norm MacDonald doesn't play Da Vinci in AC then ... fail.

There's always time for that in the future. He has a big Witcher commitment coming up. Difficult to book movie roles in between seasons.
