Okay campers here is the game. You pick one or more of your favorite watchmen characters and pick a character from your favorite big name comic series for them to fight. Why did you choose the as an opponent? If you want, pick a winner, and why you think they should win.
remember these are your dream fights, not anyone else's. so please don't second guess anyones picks, just make your own.
have fun, and here are mine
The Comedian vs. the Punisher. No explanation needed. Gun toting antiheroes. I would give the win to the Punisher.
Ozymandias vs Captain America. Both are peak human physical ability, both are formidable fighters. Should be a good fight no matter who wins. winner in my book Cap
Silk Specter II vs Huntress. Two women, both great fighters, no powers, just fists. Winner Huntress
Niteowl vs Mr. Terrific II. None powered heroes who love gadgets and are to nice to fight dirty. Mr. Terrific comes out on top
Dr. Manhattan vs Silver Surfer. Two characters who are both powerful beyond comprehension and philosophically complicated. I wanted someone else who could kill you just by looking at you, but probably wouldn't. No winner, both decide that the universe is more interesting than fighting.
As for Rorschach, for the life of me I could not think of anyone that fit his dirty fighting style, or lack there of, and lack of powers. I thought about the question, but I get the impression it would be a fairly one sided fight.
so who knows
Ideas?

Time to revive this.

"The Comedian vs. the Punisher. No explanation needed. Gun toting antiheroes. I would give the win to the Punisher."

That would be close.

I'd also like Comedian vs. Joker, or Comedian vs. Capt America. Comedian is almost like an Elseworlds version of Capt Amer. And Moore said he has elements of Nick Fury, too, so that would be a good match-up.

"Ozymandias vs Captain America. Both are peak human physical ability, both are formidable fighters. Should be a good fight no matter who wins. winner in my book Cap"

Unfair fight, Capt has that serum. Ozy vs. R'as al Gul would be much cooler.

"Silk Specter II vs Huntress.
Two women, both great fighters, no powers, just fists. Winner Huntress"

What about Batgirl?

"Niteowl vs Mr. Terrific II.
None powered heroes who love gadgets and are to nice to fight dirty. Mr. Terrific comes out on top"

Don't know Mr Terrific. Got to go with Batman here.

"Dr. Manhattan vs Silver Surfer. Two characters who are both powerful beyond comprehension and philosophically complicated. I wanted someone else who could kill you just by looking at you, but probably wouldn't. No winner, both decide that the universe is more interesting than fighting."

Good one. How about Prof X and Jean Grey teaming up against Manhattan? He'd probably be able to blow their minds apart in two seconds, though.

"As for Rorschach, for the life of me I could not think of anyone that fit his dirty fighting style, or lack there of, and lack of powers. I thought about the question, but I get the impression it would be a fairly one sided fight.

Joker would be a great matchup here. Both are experts at using their environment to their advantage. Both do not hesitate to kill and are seemingly unslowed by pain. Joker is more suicidal, so I think Rorschach would win after a long, bloody fight.

I guess

Nite Owl II VS. Batman

They're very similar when it comes to their choice of symbol (owl and bat, both are flying creatures), their gadets, and the likes, and yet, they are very different when it comes to personalities and the likes.

As much as I'd like Nite Owl II to win, that'd never happen. Bats would probably tear him to shreds.

Rorsach vs. Winter Soldeir- Winner Rorshach is too cruel.

The Comedian vs. Batman

Ozymandias vs. Captain America

Nite Owl vs. Iron Man

Dr. Manhattan vs. Superman :)

this isnt comic vs comic...but rorschach in john mcclanes situation in die hard...id love to see how hed approach the situation

isn't ozy beyond peak human ability and more superhuman?

he's amazingly powerful at the end of the graphic novel where a bullet doesn't even kill him.

They'd probably say "the hell with it" and team up to throw a confetti party.

Doubt it. Joker represents everything Rorschach hates. Chaos, Unjustice, and Immoral. And I doubt either would be members of the confetti party. Joker is a sociopath while Rorschach seems more to have a combination of Independence and Communism.

Rorschach=communist!!??!?!?!

:lmao:

That last sentence made no sense...i'm sorry
