WD My Book Essential troubles

Alright, accidentally plugged in my laptop power cord instead of the actual one for the external hard drive. The green ring started blinking, then I caught the mistake and plugged it in using the actual cord and now... the computer isn't reading it there and the light was blinking still... then I tapped it and the light is not blinking but of course, it is not showing up.

Anyone ever have this whoops? Anyone know any tricks to make it work again?
