I was thinking about something, this is a time travel story right? and we're assuming that the old invaders will time travel back? Will that change history? I mean will Cap go back and figure out how to not get frozen? Will he get frozen and then when he un freezes kill Iron man?

Why would he kill Iron Man? Even in the Civil War, he didn't want to kill Tony.

I suspect this'll be a time travel story where everything in the past is set back to the status quo so that the past plays out as it should and the present remains the same. The present-day characters'll probably just have to deal with the repercussions of seeing the Invaders again and losing Cap again.

EB: No, I wrote Cap #25 about a year ago at this point. I have known about this project for a while now, though. And I was given a head's up about the teaser art that was going out last weekend.

NRAMA: Will it affect what you're doing on the series? Obviously, you've got Bucky, and the original Bucky will be coming up...kinda...odd, not to mention your cast's reaction to having "a" Cap running around...

EB: I don't know about "affect" but it's something that I think is really cool. I wish I were getting to write it, actually.
